Trip to Triumph East London

I went to Triumph East London for one of my bikes first MOT. As usual the service was impeccable, very professional and very friendly. In my experience, this dealership is the best I have ever been to. All the staff know their stuff, and are all bikers, makes you feel you can trust them with your pride and joy. I've bought 2 new bikes from Triumph East London, I would never go anywhere else. Thank you Marc and all your team.

Got Lind to fit a fuel sensor to my 48…

Got Lind to fit a fuel sensor to my 48 and unfortunately the part didn’t work. 8 months later I got them to replace it under warranty. But sadly it didn’t work again.
While getting the mot I asked them to have a look again as it still didn’t work. Once I got it back I realised the electronic part of the speedo now wasn’t working.
Due to it being out of the original warranty they won’t fix it…… but it never actually worked. Now the shop from Winnersh has gone and the team has left they won’t cover this. Essentially paid to have my motorbike in a worse position then when I asked them to work on it 👍🏽 great!

Yamaha in Newmarket I cannot gave enough praise Heidi and Carlo who I dealt with are absolutely fantastic. Went the extra mile to help me out with my brand-new R1. I highly recommend taking your bikes to this company.

I have been dealing with Dave Lilly for…

I have been dealing with Dave Lilly for many years .I have brought many bikes from Dave when it was jack Lilly.So I moved down to the south coast and we had 2 triumph dealers one closed down and we was left with 1 .I will not say there name but I would not buy a pen from them total useless and not very nice as a triumph dealer.I gave Dave a ring and I was looking for the new tiger 900 GoPro got talking he came up with a good price and delivered it to .Did my 600 miles made a phone call told them I like my 600 mile service done he said when and what time no problem went to the shop and the welcome you get is excellent but with Dave at the helm I would not expect anything else.Well done to Dave and is brilliant staff for the help and it’s nice to back to a brilliant triumph dealership see you soon for my second service all the best bob .

Had a great experience at Triumph

Had a great experience at Triumph , I brought my daughter along last weekend coming back from the play park and as I was passing Triumph I said shall we go and have a look.....silly mistake...I couldn't afford a new bike but looked at the used ones, Vincent kindly pulled a new explorer out so I could sit on it. I was pleased to find it felt lighter than my GS... Luckily there was a second hand explorer around the price I could afford...so thinking over a week I popped round on a Friday after work and put a deposit down...Sunday picked up the explorer. Thanks to Vincent at Triumph for finalising the paperwork...You should have never had let me sit on the bike!..Thanks to Dave Lilley for organising Sunday's bash, lots of triumphs and a free bacon butty.

I had a good experience with LIND (shop). The customer service stood out for being responsive and helpful, resolving issues smoothly. While a mix-up with sizes occurred, they arranged quick returns via DPD. The quality gear delivered was as expected, well-packaged, and even came with a lovely touch—a small bag of sweets. Cheers!

For the ride triumph cap 🧢 …

Test ride also new triumph cap 🧢 for the ride logon John was polite and help full the same as the rest of the team clothes expensive etc because I want a leather triumph jacket 🧥 be safe everyone without prejudice 🏍🇬🇧💪🦉
