Ordered the Lewis Miami cap, arrived damaged. Returned it. Was forced to pay £4 return delivery. I was then told I would only be refunded the price of the cap, not original shipping or return shipping. Then they refunded original shipping after complaining. Now refusing to give my £4 return fee back. They’re saying it’s not damaged. It’s ridiculous how obviously torn the top layer of the cap was. I’ve bought 14 caps from them over the years. So glad Lewis is leaving - clearly they’re aware they’re about to lose a bunch of sales and now grasping at customer’s £4 during a cost of living crisis. Ombudsmen been contacted. This isn’t over.
Update: They’ve replied saying they’ve emailed me but I’ve received no such email. Not in junk or anything. If I do receive it I’ll update here but seems like they’re trying to save face in front of other readers of my review. i hope I’m wrong because thats pretty sinister

Sizing is all over the place .....
T Shirt arrived 10cm smaller than the size guide. But the Sweatshirt for the same size is 20cm bigger for 2XL ??? When you want to return YOU have to pay the postage (at an inflated rate). How can that be for an item that is not as specified ? They'll then tell you the size guide is Body Size - so 130cm Body Size will get you a 120cm item. Mindboggling. Never again

I'm a F1 fan since the age 9yrs old with a model f1 collection of 96, 1/18. So when I saw this it was a most have, two days later arrived i opened the box and straight away i ordered an other one for my son in law and again it arrived two days later job done. 🏁

You are asking about the product, yet I have yet to receive it and the tracking details provided are not recognised by the carrier, so it is extremely difficult to review a product not yet received.
Update: the product was placed in a safe place, however I was unable to access the delivery information and pictures until three days later so the location and delivery status was unknown to me at the time of the original request to review the product.
