Senza Glutine non significa necessariamente rinunciare alla qualita', ai sapori tradizionali, alla genuinita'. Correva l'anno 2005 e nel retrobottega della Pasticceria che si affaccia sulla piazza centrale di Cuneo, Piazza Galimberti, Daniel Bramardi inizia a sperimentare con la creazione dei primi prodotti senza glutine. Oggi, la pasticceria sforna amaretti, cuneesi al rhum, Colombe e Panettoni da ricorrenza e molti altri prodotti ma rispettando sempre una promessa, creare ogni giorno prodotti senza glutine e senza lattosio che siano un piacere per il palato.

A world of sweet taste and gluten-free pleasure was our first time
It was our first time: we were looking for a gluten-free artisanal pastry shop where we could buy Easter dove cake (a traditional Italian dessert). While we were ordering, we were also tempted by other Piedmontese specialties we ordered. The delivery was perfect and very fast. The taste and flavor were even better. Everything was truly excellent quality and beautifully packaged. It was truly a wonderful experience that we definitely recommend and will repeat again.
