I ordered simple connectors and mount extensions.
Those shipped fine. because they ship from GB, they came via DHL.
DHL charged me:
regulatory charges:$1.34
Export duties $9.95
and...$17.50 for the privilege of using DHL!
Pimoroni already charged me shipping $35.62 for $17.08 with of goods.
So, to get $17.08 of goods from pim to my door I paid $64.41.
Pim does say - DHL is their only choice for shipments to USA, and customer have to pay their own duties - that 's fine. It would have been nice if Pim had warned me about DHL charges when I ordered.

My Experience purchasing from Pimoroni has always been excellent. They're delivery is fast and they always package items appropriately. They also have a wealth of content on their website which you can learn from as well as a forum from which you can ask for help with projects.

Pimoroni are great! They have a fantastic range of microcontrollers, electronics and complimentary accessories. And they deliver quickly.

I'd never heard of this company before but because I couldn't find the item I wanted, I ended up finding them on Google. So glad I did find them as their prices were really competitive and they had a lot more on the site in the same vein as the item I bought, which was an RF remote for Sonoff controllers. Ordering was easy and I was kept informed of the delivery process by email at all times. Not only that it was super quick. I highly recommend using Pimoroni from my experience and I will no doubt use them again in the future.

The Badgeware Tufty is a cracking piece of kit, with excellent display, solid-feeling buttons and a case that makes it possible to deliver a wide range of simple projects in a robust, professional-looking unit without messing about with soldering and then finding or building a case suitable for the purpose. And good, friendly service on the ordering and delivery too.

Pimoroni provides an absolutely vital service to makers. We of course have access to the 'big boys' like RS Components, Farnell, Mouser and the like, but they are more oriented towards industrial users in terms of prices and quantities. We all need to support outfits such as PM, especially as some of their competitors have disappeared in recent years.

Great range of products competitively priced and excellent custimer service. What more could you want?

I recieved my order next day, the eink 13.3 screen is built well and easy to setup with a rpi zero. During the installation in a custom frame , I managed to damage it though. Pimoroni offered a ‘slight seconds’ replacement and supported me throughout the process. Amazing after sales customer service

I really wish they had a better shipping option like DPD which has proper tracking unlike Royal Mail or UPS options.
