Pimoroni have been reliable providers and developers of equipment that I have used in both my work and hobby projects. Orders arrive quickly and as described, and Pimoroni-produced devices such as the Pico Plus 2W are excellent quality and work well.

If you are looking for raspberry pi, arduino, or other electronics components and gadgets then you won't find a better, more helpful store.

Unlike many ecommerce shops in this space these folks actually care about your experience and obviously have a passion for the subject.

I got the NVMe Base + NVMe Base Case for my Raspberry Pi 5 — great combo! Had a tiny issue with the feets, but the support team was super fast and helpful. Totally recommend!

Buying from Pimoroni is always a joy: great product, quick delivery, friendly company with great support when you need it. I aim by all my SBCs and Raspberry Pi stuff from them if they have it in stock.

You find out how good a company is when there is a problem. There was a minor problem with my order, and I messaged with a photograph, they responded within 20 minutes and the replacement was on it's way, i received the tracking details, within another 15 minutes.

I have been ordering products from Pimoroni for several years and their customer service is always outstanding. Great products designed and made in the UK and very supportive of education in electronics, computing and tech. Always a pleasure to deal with and their products are always really thoughtfully designed with helpful documentation on how to get started with them.

Tremendous customer support. The USB-C connector came off my new Presto. Pimoroni sent me a new Presto and I sent the other back to Pimoroni for repair. Superb.

I can see why they have a near perfect score on here; one of the few firms that actually deserves such a high rating.

Prices are always competitive, and at sale time compete with China pricing! Delivery is fast too.

Support is always helpful and does their best to support, and went well above normal recently to help me out when I made an error.
