Great Support
We had a problem with our mattress and I believe quite strongly that when a company deals with your complaints it shows their true colours.
I have to say that Silentnight stepped up entirely to deal with our issue.
Their customer experience team were superb (with a particular mention to Rebecca) with excellent and prompt communication.

Ordering the bed and delivery was…
Ordering the bed and delivery was perfectly fine, however, one of the draws was broken when I unwrapped everything. Still able to fit the draw into the divan but not in perfect condition. Won’t be storing anything in that particular draw because of this. Disappointed.

Love a heated throw!
I bought a heated throw and I love it, I've recommended it to everyone I know! Saved me a fair few quid over winter and I was well toasty! Just remember heat rises so throw a throw over the heated blanket to make the best use of it!

I’ve had decent pillows before from sn but….
I’ve had decent pillows before from SN but i have a miracoil mattress and it only lasted a year or so before it started creaking like a haunted pirate ship. Get a pocket spring or a memory foam…the miracoil is a fundamentally flawed design
