Awesome experience
I'm a disabled individual on a fixed income that lives from paycheck to paycheck like lots of Americans. Which is stressful in it's self but the agent that assisted me today was informed and extremely helpful. They helped me get back on track with my payments and did it quickly and efficiently but most importantly the did it to were I kept my dignity and I felt extremely respected. I can say it was a refreshing and awesome experience

I moved into a new place, 2 weeks later, my power is shut off, I called them, they didn't have my phone attached to my account, I explained I was low on funds, and would pay them when I got paid, he insisted they would not turn my power back on until I made a payment, freaking idiots.
