The agent helped me and she got my…

The agent helped me and she got my lights on as soon as possible… and set me up with a payment extension and I didn’t miss any money because my lights popped off while I was on lunch and then they were able to be turned back on since I work from home while I was still on lunch

I absolutely am in awe

I absolutely am in awe . I thought i wouldn't get any help but I figured the worst ill hear is a NO. But Diana went above and beyond in helping me with my problem. She was very knowledgeable and polite. I greatly appreciate her understanding and compassion to help someone in need. Ive always loved TXU and today confirmed my passion is in the right place. Thank you Diana and TXU for understanding sometimes we all need a little help. She eased my stress monumentally ❤️

Awesome experience

I'm a disabled individual on a fixed income that lives from paycheck to paycheck like lots of Americans. Which is stressful in it's self but the agent that assisted me today was informed and extremely helpful. They helped me get back on track with my payments and did it quickly and efficiently but most importantly the did it to were I kept my dignity and I felt extremely respected. I can say it was a refreshing and awesome experience

Kathya G. gets 5 stars from me!

I had to have a dental procedure done that unexpectedly cost a lot more than I was told, which I had to use the funds for my electric bill for. Representative Kathya G. really eased my families' worries with helping us get an extension for our current bill. She was helpful, understanding, patient, and respectful. She deserves a raise! I was having issues with a payment.

I moved into a new place

I moved into a new place, 2 weeks later, my power is shut off, I called them, they didn't have my phone attached to my account, I explained I was low on funds, and would pay them when I got paid, he insisted they would not turn my power back on until I made a payment, freaking idiots.
