Bought a steering rack for s max , easy to find on store page very very good price , delivery was quick, very easy to order and pay , did try ringing them with an enquiry but no answer not sure if they rang back as was under car taking old rack out

Easy ordering process and delivery as stated, well done.

Getting a reconditioned original part, was my preferred option for quality, sending the old unit back to be reconditioned is great for the environment and getting the whole thing turned around inside a week was perfect, all in all a great service!

The part arrived as stated very well packaged, all of which is reused to return the old item. Excellent. Just got to pack the old one up and send it back.

I was told if I paid the extra money I would receive my steering rack within 4-5 days. I paid the £400 extra. 13 days later still not received. The word sorry doesn’t even make any difference. It eventually arrived. DPD is their courier 🤦🏻😕🙄

Great company! Website was easy to navigate but I had options on exact part fitment so was uncertain on what to order, so I gave the team a call and they were fantastic in assisting me with this. A well packaged part arrived to my home within 2 days of ordering which was awesome. Would recommend.
