Good communications, rapid service.

Good work ethic’s staff plight good service

Very good service following a bit of a problem with initial order. Also hard to get on the phone, seemingly very busy.
But once sorted out I had the part next day, and very happy with it.

Easy to find and order the one I needed. Good communication when there was a delay and I received it as soon as it was available in a secure box with return label and instructions. Getting hold of them on the phone to book the return of my old part wasn't as easy, but an email seemed to work amd it was picked up on time. New reconditioned part works great. Definitely recommend.

When ordering on the website it only states order dispatched within 72 hours, butthaysnot the case its 7 days.
Customer service is not the best and several calls and being told I will call you back.

Delivery was later than expected however but that was down to the courier service not Western Power Steering .

Easy to order arrived really quick and collection system was even better was no hassle process

Fab service, bit of a mix up with email address (my fault) phoned western up and they sorted it there and then, very helpful and polite on the phone, rack arrived promptly with all the dangly bit it should have attached, mechanic fitted it said it worked straight away (electric rack) top service all round - very happy bunny and a damn sight cheaper than the £1300 ford were after for same part

PARTS ARE GREAT QUALITY BUT RECENT ORDERS HAVE BEEN DELAYED BY UP TO A WEEK. MORE LIKELY AN ISSUE WITH COURIER AND NOT SUPPLIER.

The repair to my steering rack was carried out in the time frame suggested, my only complaint would be it was difficult to contact the workshop either by phone or email. The rack was fitted and has worked correctly up to date.

Communications was excellent, very fast response to any queries, price was very good with a very fast delivery. Would very highly recommend.
