Grip for the Nintendo Switch
My only experience with this company is Grip for the Nintendo Switch. Overall, it is a great game. I love the concept that it is a fast racer that the allows for the player to competitively race with the option to flip the vehicle. Then...add in the ability to use weapons and players are in for a good time. My only gripe is the weapon controls. I find them a bit awkward, especially in handheld-mode. I would love the ability to have the options to completely customize the controls.

Amazing customer service!!
Amazing customer service. Item arrived with some mild damage that most people might even be ok with. Unfortunately I'm a collector with severe OCD when it comes to condition. I wrote Wired's customer support informing them of the issue and snapped a few pics, asked if they had extra boxes, and even offered to repay for shipping to get a replacement. In just a few hours a rep messaged me back and understood my concern, didn't question it at all and sent me a free replacement with no charge. Emailed them back again a few more with other questions regarding the replacement and every time, lightning fast, courteous, and genuine replies. Couldn't be happier with their level of customer support. 10/10. A+. Keep up the great work @ Wired Productions
