Would recommend
A full week after ordering and I don't think my items have shipped. Terrible service and support tried to blame Fedex....meanwhile according to Fedex they have not even picked up the items.
Edit: it seems that the goods had been received on the 7th but Fedex did not update the status.

It’s the sort of service you just find hard to experience in these times. Had a faulty LED batten and my problem was dealt with effective and efficient customer service to the highest level.
Within 24 hours a replacement fitting was delivered and the faulty unit all collected promptly. An excellent customer service - well done.
