This used to be a great shop
This used to be a great shop. Now the product range has deteriorated and is a mess. The Megaman light range is limited and confused with Robus products and I ended up with Robus microwave sensors that are no use to anybody. It is annoying I used to buy from here but it looks like those days are over.

No customer service when order incorrect
Order received in time as scheduled however not all specification was correct. Customer service seem to be nonexistent as no response received to enquiry regarding wrong specification. Possibly more suited for large contractors not for individuals.
The response from supplier about sums up the cusromer engagement. With email adress to costomer services hard to find I had to use sellers online submital form to which there was no response. The issue was not in product quality, it was in incorect product specification sent.

Order came in 2 parts, unfortunately FedEx cancelled 2nd part late on day of delivery, which was inconvenient, as waited in all day.
