Norway: Easy to order, Prices are nice.
Can't brag too much about delivery time, but probably can't blame shop4no for that.
Picked Express, but took about 9 days for it to arrive after recieveing note that it was dispatched, also had to pay roughly €27 extra fee cause it was stopped and checked at the border.
So can't say it was worth the use and wait.

Got the best price for the game I was looking for. And shipping is free even when I live in Norway. And shipping went pretty fast. Also thinkin that the Coronavirus situation impacts everything. Im very pleased and will definitely buy other stuff here again.

I have bought video games from numerous different online stores, including from eBay and several in my own country, but none compare to "shop4no.com" in terms of prices - really affordable compared to the competition. They also offer free shipping, and have a good selection to choose from.
I have yet to be disappointed with my business there, so highly recommended!

Additional fees, long waiting process and disappointing costumer service.
I have ordered a lot online throughout my life. This is the first time I write something like this. My orders took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Had to pay a fee to get my package, which should not have been the case in the first place. Their response when I contacted them directly felt insulting and unapologetic. Very disappointing.

We are sorry that your order was delayed. We push delivery companies to be more reliable but sadly this is something that can happen.
As for the fee, we are afraid that that is at your country's customs office discretion so we have no way to know if the orders are getting taxed or not.
Again we are sorry about this. The orders are insured with us so we would cover the cost for any loss or damage caused during transit.

Very sad and disappointed
Very disappointed. I have ordered the same type of item 3 times. The prices are good, and the shipment cost. But every time they are slow to deliver.
THIS time it took 18 days from dispatch, when they said said 3-7 days, so my son didn't get his birthday present on time.
And THIS time I had to pay customs duty and VAT. The other times, with the same product, I didn't have to.
So with the extremely late shipment, including the extra I had to pay, I can't help but be disappointed. And very sad because of my son.
