I had an order lost on the way, got refund quickly. Good services.

I have no trouble at all ordering to Norway from this company.

I was shopping for the first time yesterday. 1 item ordered. By accident I canceled the order today.
Immediately I got an e-mail from Shop4no.com, saying it was all ok, and that I would get my money back soon. Surprisingly no questions asked. I just hope they do their math no, because I ordered the same item again. LOL.

Shop4no has great variety in products and even products imported from the US and asia.

There are a couple of reasons why I dont give them a perfect score.

First they are not as transparent with the fact that they are in the UK. The website Is in norwegian which leads many to make the asumption It Is in Norway.

Although the address Is at the bottom of the page and they do mention It in some parts of the website It Is never clarified to someone making am order at any stage of the purchase nor that an order might be subject to toll.

The second detail Is that they send boxed products in very tight packaging and they can get damaged in transport. I had this happen to two products.

This is such a great store. Tons of different products for a super low price!
The shipping is sometimes slow. But HEY. The standard shipping is FREE and the express shipping is like 1£. I can’t really complain. And the service is NICE.

Update (reply to comment from shop4no below): Thanks for your answer Anna. As written below, the problem is that you hide information about customs. This website is specifially for Norway and it is almost impossible to find reference to customs payment. But you have no problem writing in big letters :

Etc.

And I know you deliberately do it because your primary intent is to sale stuff even if that means "cheating" on naive or not well informed customers like me. Anyways until you change your behaviour, I am never buying on your website again.

My initial comment:
I bough Zelda breath of wild for 563,00 NOK and had to pay 289 NOK in customs.
Nowhere on the site shop4no.com ("shop for Norway") is it clearly stated that you need to pay the customs (you can find it only if you look very well for it). This should be clearly explicit. Feels like fraud. And also a minor point but it's super long: I ordered on 26th of September and received on 22nd of October. If you have the option avoid this website and buy locally to avoid paying custom taxes.

So I just bought Watch Dogs Legion and they sent me an e-mail saying "The order can be delayed by a day or two". If you ask me this is cowshit, they make that excuse so if they do use more time than usual, they have an excuse to use. If they use more time, people might leave a bad review. (Prise is good though thats why im giving them 3-stars)

Bought my favourite book My Hero Academia book 7 and was a very good book :)

The shop has big variety of products. I keep coming back, no complaints.

Easy to use the site, fast delivery and cheaper than other sites with same products. Had some issues with customs due to lack of documentation, but got sorted out fast enough that it wasn’t a big problem. Will shop again.
