Still haven’t gotten my order…

Still haven’t gotten my order delivered. Still haven’t gotten a resolution on why it was damaged and unable to be delivered to me. It was my first time ordering from them too. They let me know there was only so much they can control. I chose to believe them.

Before I purchased delivery date said…

Before I purchased delivery date said May 28th. Once the order was processed they changed it to June 4th. I’m going on a trip and need it before that. Contact customer service and they are unhelpful like why lie about delivery date

Like the look of the boot but the…

Like the look of the boot but the actual boot is not tapered and seems not made very well however I am going to take them to the shoe repair since it's fabric see if they can take the boot in around the calf .

After 4 days i decided to return shoes…

After 4 days i decided to return shoes for a different style but store refused to refund back to my card and only choice i was given is to accpet store credit.
Even that credit came with no proof, no card, no return confirmation. Simply return products and walk out empty hand.
