Be Careful never buy anything from them.
They tried already touch my card 2 times and deduct money.
This company is fraud stealing from people!!!!

Shop at Mars are a company of scammers and fraudsters. They prey on the the vulnerable and trustworthy online shoppers. You order once and before you know it you keep monthly charges. You try to cancel the unknowingly membership you have signed up for, but to know avail. After many months of suffering, I had to cancel my card and apply for a new one, and go through of proving to my card company that should add this company to their blacklist. Don't be fooled by them I have lost too much money now, trying to stop them. I'm a pensioneer having to count the pennies.

Scammers !!! Do not order from them , you do not get your order and they keep running your card !! I will be going to my bank and hopefully pressing charges !! I better get my money back , they got me 4 times !!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I purchased an arm sling from this company for £8.30
They have taken two payments of over £38 each time from me
I have instructed my bank to try and claim this money back
I have also emailed then to cancel some sort of hidden membership

Never heard of company till my bank advised me of fraud sales on my account, between June and Aug they have taken 7 payments out of my account, bank blocked my card due to unusual activity on it, shocking company doing that, 7 payments for what have nothing to show for any, and don't even reconize the name either, they have to be stopped ripping people off, disgusting and shocking but they don't care be carefull and mindful just don't buy to get conned.

Worst company ever. I bought a lanyard for my phone for $5.99. My receipt shows $5.99.
I was charged $49.00 on June 17 and another on July 17, 2024.

I was told I signed up for a membership…I don’t even know how this happened.

I’ve contacted the company. No refund on the membership.

My lanyard cost me $103.99!!!

I bought a 10 dollar plastic kitchen item, and was charged 50 dollars... total scam

I ordered a electric lift chair for disabled you took my money but no item has arrived

I really wish I had come here before purchasing the 'pot bottom' cleaner. It did arrive, late but still and it didn't work the way they showed. Wrote to them and surprise surprise, it was past the return date and the claims date. Well, my advise to you is to not purchase ANYTHING here. As for their very expensive loyalty programme.......that you sign up for automatically. buyer beware

SCAMMERS took two months for a usd $9 product to arrive in nz and that was after I emailed them several times, stated that their red planet membership was free on my online receipt but charged for membership of $80 twice before I noticed, lied thru there teeth about reading the fine print that wasn’t advertised, stated that they notify you prior and after debiting membership fee but stopped communication when I asked them to send me proof of their last email to me, absolute liars they should be disgusted of themselves and give my hard earned money back that they stole ……

Dodgy company! Paid $9.99US for an electric razor which I thought wasn't too bad. Got the razor about a month later. Spent about 5 minutes just trimming my moustache and all it did was leave patches of hair everywhere. I'm better of using a cheap throwaway razor to finish of the mess it left. Chinese brand company that probably sell it for $2 and Shop at Mars sell it for $10, but that's not the worst part. They charge you a membership fee that you don't want. I was charged $75 AU 2 weeks later. Emailed them and they cancelled membership. Then a few weeks later they charged me another $45AU. Luckily my bank caught it as fraud, but they have cancelled my card and I need to wait 3 to 5 days for a new card to be mailed. Dodgy product, dodgy company! Who would want to pay for a membership for the 4 products that they offer. I wish I could give them 0 stars! Annoyed!

Took weeks to deliver. Read very carefully the small print, because without knowing you will be enrolled automatically as member an will pay in only one month fee more than the product that you purchased

Scammers. I ordered a humble sink strainer. It took ages to arrive but I cut them some slack knowing the company is in America and I'm in the UK. When it finally arrived it wasn't as good quality as it was supposed to be and looked like a cheap copy. Like lots of people here I then discovered they were charging me every month for far more than the cost of a strainer! My bank alerted me to it and I've had to change my card details.

Order on 11 June 2024 for 40US$ never arrived ! Later, on 1st July 2024 my credit card was charged 49US$ but I didn't made any order
Today 1st August 2024 Shop at Mars is asking for a payment of 49US$ which was declined but I didn't made any order
I need to block my credit card !!!

Never got my items. Been 3 months now and then charged me membership and I emailed them back with a nasty reply. Surprisingly they did credit my card for membership. They told me my items was delayed due to no stock, I told them that you cant take peoples money when you don't have the items to sell.
I think its a drop shipping scam or no stock and just charge for A MONTHLY membership ! DO NOT USE

The product was ok. Cheap and nasty. You get what you pay for. But then they kept taking US$50 every month from my card for no reason. THANKFULLY, ANZ bank happy to raise dispute for these charges. Also my card is blocked and replaced. Be very careful. Hook you in only to scam you later. I sent an email to Shop at mars to try get refund but as expected, no response. Do not touch these people.

I placed a simple order which turned into them trying to take $49.99 out of my account. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM and it's almost two months of receiving my full refund. They are giving me the run around. Therefore it's time for them to be put on blast also turned into the authorities.
