1st thing, why am I forced to give even 1 star (which it doesn't earn) - it's like giving a rating to someone who burgled your house, gets caught and you have to give a rating?? Ridiculous. If you buy... See more

What a SCAM!
What a SCAM!! Ordered a misting pet comb. Didn't come, didn't come even though they charged my card. Tried calling the number on the website but it rang and rang. Tried email and got a canned response. Finally kept emailing after my card was charged $49 for 3 months for my "subscription" to shopatmars after I contacted my bank about them. They told me they were refunding the charges but they never did. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. Learn from my mistake.
I purchased a steering wheel knob.I was unable to contact them. They put you on hold then after 10 minutes they hang up. It took a month to receive it. For the lack of customer support I wouldn't shop
I purchased a steering wheel knob.Took a month to receive. Customer support is none. BBB reviews are extremely negative.
I should have read these reviews before…
I should have read these reviews before handing over my credit card details! Don’t buy anything from these scumbags. It is in fact a scam

I was just charged $59.00 and I don’t even know what it is for! I’m having a hard time finding out too! It’s on my Venmo debit card.
This is a fake company and has no stock in hand nor any shop exists. They have just created a shopatmars profile and loading products on thier page from other sourceThis company is running fake…
This company is running fake advertiments regarding their product which shows it has the highest quality but in fact it's the opposite. I have bought a Shaver which was totally a very cheap product from China .The Shaver which showed on their shopping page was looked different and was as advertised with videos clips looked of a very high quality
Complete scam Avoid Avoid Avoid
Complete scam. They sign you up for membership of their subscription service when you buy anything from them. They don’t tell you they’ve done this though until they start taking money from your card every month. Disgusting company, avoid at all costs.
The companbe careful y tried to take about £45.00…
The company tried to take about £45.00 from my bank account. My bank has determined on several occasions that it was and is a fraudulent attempt to take money for nothing. They had my bank details changed and caused all sorts of unnecessary issues.
International Scammers Every Time
If you buy anything from these people they sign you up for a “free” membership which they then charge you dearly for every month. I bought 2 (low quality!) anti theft phone lanyards for $19 (Pretty ironic as they were the ones doing the stealing!) It never arrived until 2 months later, after I had got the bank to refund that and the other $32 they charged me. Apparently they had tried several times to charge me $45 but couldn’t on my debit card as I didn’t have the money in the account. Had to cancel my card. After that got emails from them saying order again and we’ll give you 20% discount! No thanks, not falling for that again! And I’ll never trust ads on Facebook again.
Scammer
I bought a razor for about $10. Contrary to the advertisement, it is a very bad product. They also charged me $49 for free shipping when I didn't want it. I asked them to give it back. They said okay. But they won't pay. Shop at Mars is an international scammer.
Silent membership
They sign you up for "Membership"silently and try to charge you monthly. I was told membership cancelled but then payment still taken. Highly sharp practice or a scam.
Update : upheld by HSBC.
They tried to add a new charge to my card
I did buy a lanyard for my phone last month for $12, then discovered they tried to add a charge to my Amex card for $50. Amex caught ‘em. 😡
I also got done by these criminals
I also got done by these criminals. Bought 1 item and was unwillingly signed up to their "membership". Have cancelled it 3 times and they are still trying to charge my card.
DIshonest Dealing from SHOP AT MARS
I ordered a simple kitchen appliance from this lot back in March. It never arrived. Since then they have taken two other amounts from my account, not so large as you'd notice. When my bank contacted me they told me ShopatMars (based in Miami) had signed me up without my knowing for a subscription. The bank has now blocked them. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY.
Bought a 9.99 shaver from them and they…
Bought a 9.99 shaver from them and they are trying to charge me 49.99 for shipping charges. They did not notify me of shipping charges.
Worst company in the world
Worst company in the world, professional scammers. Lesson learned after buying a shaver, they tried to charge my credit card several times with no authorization. Why would I have to rate them even one star if they stole my money. These people should be arrested. I asked them to refund me back and they are still trying until present to charge my bank card!!!
Don't buy from them!
Don't buy from them!! Garbage, made I'm China and your lucky if you recieve what you order. I got mine over a month later. Highly disappointed
The item I paid for has never been…
The item I paid for has never been delivered.
Then they took $74 but I had not ordered anything?
My bank got it back.
So be warned ⚠️
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
This 'company' could stop pretending to be a company. 'Bought' 2 bathroom containers and was charged. They later tried to charge again only twice as much. My Bank stopped the payment and closed that Debit Card. Had to wait for a new Debit card. THIS IS A SCAM. Don't go there!
Burglars, Scammers

Lesson learned
Lesson learned! I should have read the reviews on the company and its products first. Bought three TOTALLY useless items from Mars, one worse than the other and ABSOLUTELY nothing like to the glowing description of what I was hoping to receive. Not worthy of even one star. Never again.
