I ordered iPhone 14 pro and it was delivered in 5 days, 1 week before the estimated date. Although when I asked about the date to the customer care, the response was not definite. Overall, I was happy to get the mobile before I expected and my experience was better than my last purchase. I am happy with the purchase, cost and delivery time. Keep up!

The product arrived when expected and a good delivery time was achieved, we also had information about t'he product's location all the time.

first purchase was delayed without explanation
I had to cancel a first purchase as the delivery was delayed and I didn’t get enough detail of the cause to wait.
After a colleague convinced me to try it again, delivery came on time, apart from SEUR, who made me wait for a whole day at home and they lied saying I was not at home.
I don’t like that shopdutyfree only ask for this opinion for the second delivery and not the first one.

Im overall satisfied for having a less than 48H delivery at Barcelona's office even though the SMS I received had inaccurate hours. I also believe that the 9€ transportation charge was unnecessary given that I picked it up myself. That being said, I already recommended the company to a friend. I will be setting up my new MacAir this weekend. Thank you!
