This is the worst service that exist. They won't refund my money. And I just bounce around from e-mail to e-mail to customer service to forms but with no clear information when will the refund happen?

Shopee My is a counterfeit product…

Shopee My is a counterfeit product hosting website and they work together with the seller as long as they make money from each purchase. Bought and Ecco golf shoe and as a responsible buyer, clicked the confirm receipt upon inspection that product is same a pic and no damage. One walk and it leaked like crazy and confirmed at Ecco store that it is counterfeit. Shopee and seller both had the same reply that there is nothing they can do (seems like both are same company based on their reply)

Shopee is the worst version of Amazon Wannabe.

1. Their affiliate programme is a scam, after conversions, I still didn't get the pay.

2. Their ShopeeFood service is crap. You made the payment, the app says payment not yet made, but deducted from your bank account. Got told that they will refund, but I don't receive any updates since.

Whatever review, they don't care anyway. Scamming their customer is their business model. I will not encourage my customers and friends to use Shopee or be their affiliates.

Shopee allow seller to get away by selling defective products

If you have happen to purchase defective product, and seller ignore your warranty claim, Shopee will not intervene nor they offer any help. You are on your own. SHopee will choose to protect seller instead of buyer saying Shopee guaranteed period is over and they will not help. VERY VERY BAD

I received many calls claiming to be conducting Shopee Customer Satisfaction Survey. The callers always ask for my last 4 digit ID number. I refused to give and I asked them to write to me, if they want my feedback. They never did. They continued calling each day, at least 5 times a day. I wrote to Shopee if its their genuinely their way of conducting customer satisfaction survey. They said its not them. The numbers were

Shopee Malaysia refund is a SCAM

Buyers Beware !!!!! I returned a faulty laptop to Shopee warehouse for refund. It was received by the warehouse as evidenced by the Shopee return tracking and the courier tracking website. When I called CS after days of no refund the warehouse denied receiving it and the case was escalated for checking. Another few calls and emails still no updates and no reason given for delay. It seems that Shopee CS is just messenger, they open case but do not follow through and you can never talk to the same person again the next time u call. Every call has the same reply - pls wait 3-5 days for feedback. Emails to follow up after 3-5 days wait were ignored. Honestly the service is just terrible. It is now weeks since the product has been returned and still no refund. Worst still, when I checked the apps today, Shopee has SNEAKILY cancelled my return request and removed all return tracking !!! Mistake or SCAM?? Luckily I kept a screen shot of the history. I am not sure when/if I will get my money back. I hope I do not have to resort to legal action as the amount is too big to ignore. Lawyers out there, any advice?

Shopee robbing sellers, item damaged, no compensation given

I am a shopee seller. I received an order for a Tea pot flask @ RM149.90.

My order was cancelled by the system, stating my item is damaged, cant be delivered. I didn’t get back my item to see the condition. And Shopee refused to give any compensation.

How can Shopee bully sellers like this?

Shopee asked for photo of the packaging (internal and external) before it was shipped out. And refused to provide any compensation without such photos.

No, i didn’t take any photo of the package before it was shipped out. Because i packed it very well and never expected it to be damaged.

I am a small seller, just one person. I only sell a few items a year (not a few a day or a month). So every sale means a lot to me. I put a lot of effort to pack every order properly. With bubble wraps.

The damaged item is a light weight teapot flask, RM149.90. Which i am selling at a loss. I packed it with bubble wraps. It didn’t move when i tried to shake it. So its not possible for it to be damaged unless thrown with force or crushed by a very heavy object.

It is not RM14.90, its RM149.90! It is a big loss for me.

My item is damaged. I didn’t get back my item to see the condition. And i didn’t get any compensation at all. Shopee is bullying and robbing sellers :(

Awful customer service, app did not indicate any owings but charged me for being late and had to reinstall app as it was malfunctioning. Worst customer service aswell as you are unable to speak to any live agents and all emails results in no response

refund request is a joke

Dear Shopee, after you rejected my refund request without justifying your reason, my item was not yet shipped back to me, and it is worth thousands of pesos. Please let your users be confident that their products are safe because we can still claim our warranty on it.

Please fix this type of service. Your customer service is not reassuring at all.

Shopee Standard delivery is just…

Shopee Standard delivery is just getting worse by the day, especially TItiwangsa Hub!
They have the habit of sitting on the parcel way past ETA.
The delivery system used to be good when we get to choose the delivery provider but now we need to wait for at least 2 weeks after parcel arrived at Titiwangsa Hub!
If you suspect your parcel is lost then Good Luck getting a refund!

I have a problem with my shopeepay

I have a problem with my shopeepay. A special one that none of their articles could help me: My shopeepay shows that I'm verified and I even have some money in my account. However, when people transfer me money, it tells them I have not activated and I'm not verified.

Chatting with live agent: Unable to contact (down for some maintenance, ok nvm)

Chat through call: Tells me everything the same exact stuff the articles tells me. Also uncontactable to an actual shopee worker.

Final question: If I can't live chat or call to shopee staff for help, what therefore do you need this customer service hotline?

Literally, no customer service from shopee in my experience.

They will swindle your money

Twice now they have sent me faulty merchandise and made it impossible to refund. The first time the item was worth less than the postage to return it, so I just took the loss. This second time was different.
I bought wooden plates and received them with a corner cut out; how do you eat from a plate without a corner, with food falling out of it!!??!!
I wrote them requesting a refund, they say: "we'll respond in 2 days" but they answer in 5. They asked me to redo the request using another reason, I comply and post pictures of the faulty items (again).
5 days later they say they need complete photos of all the items, the original packaging, and the airway bill.
This is 3 weeks after!!!!
They are incompetent, uncaring for the customer, and basically focused in swindling your money.

Shopee express is the worst courier…

Shopee express is the worst courier company ever.They now hire gangsters as their delivery drivers.Their delivery driver attempted to throw my parcels over the gate.When I reprimanded him as I returned home,he threw fits yelling at me saying that I should stay home and wait for the parcels which God knows when they will arrive.He refused to call my handphone to inform me saying it is not his duty to do so and he has worked for Shopee the last 7years and he can do however he likes in handling the parcels.He then proceeded to block my car from entering my house by parking his car outside my gate and refused to move.I had to lodge a police report and inform the security guard in my Taman to bar him from entering the area the next time as he is a dangerous man.Dont ever buy anything from Shopee if you are concerned for you and your family's safety.

I bought a fake item listed on Shopee

I bought an item listed on Shopee, but received a different brand. It also doesn't work. The seller only claimed it was in working condition when sent. I challenged the seller and sent photo and video evidences to Shopee. The seller listed shipping from Malaysia, but the package showed it was sent from China. My request for refund was rejected by Shopee. Please be aware that Shopee have no stringent policies on fake items. Please buy from Shopee Mall, and chat with the seller if the product is authentic before buying. Your chat can be used as evidence if there's a dispute.
