Ordered 3/1 and received today. Leslie was lovely with assisting me with my order, I checked out through PayPal. They provided me a link to login to view my order status anytime I want, the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because They don’t have an shopping app like Amazon and the other big stores

Shopiosx is a good store but it's a little too clunky to navigate when you're in a rush. I can’t zoom in on the screen when I’m on my iPad. I honestly found the experience more frustrating than Amazon, since you can download that from the App Store. Also, they don't have an app which is really inconvenient and they charge you for shipping. I recommend them if you're willing to spend more time shopping online. The customer service was really helpful and I did decide to get the AirPods 3 anyway, but they can improve on a few things.

I would not recommend shopping at the El Paso location of Shopiosx. The staff isn't as helpful and they charge an unfair 10% sales tax. They also have no new products and one of the sales associates lied about putting a phone on hold for me so I was devastated when I got to the location and couldn’t even proceed with my order. I had the money ready and everything! They wouldn’t let me take the display version of my item because they said it’s been “used” and that’s against their policy.
All this being said, I still love the company and their other locations have been great! Please don't let the one bad location dissuade you from checking out their products- it's not worth it.

I bought the bundle many times, but my money kept getting refunded. Then I was finally able to get my money through. I got an email 4 days ago saying that my order is out for delivery, but I should've been a month ago!!
It got processed and shipped! So why isn't it at my house already!

I don't have a tracking number and it is taking long to get me my package. I juat want my package also I used the coupon before valentines and it said 60$ so I asked for a coupon and I used it so idk why it unvalid

I am always skeptical about ads online that try to get me to click on it. I was skeptical about these adverts for Shopiosx, but they were very clear and showed the offer of giving you 10% off your purchase if you use their code on your next visit. I had some spare money in my budget which was perfect for this offer. I bought the PlayStation5 and it arrived in 5 days, the product is new and my son loves it. I will be purchasing from them in the future.

iOSx is legit. I was looking for the best tech store, and this is it. I use it to buy 80% of my devices now for college, and while there are some minor issues with the website, the interface is easy to use and the quality of products it has is excellent.

I was looking for a ps5 for my son and I didn't know where to start. There’s been a shortage of them recently because the disc version is being sold out. I remembered that I had recently seen an ad of the store Shopiosx on Instagram. When I landed on the site, it was really easy to find what I wanted and ended up saving a ton of time.

I was threatened with a cease and desist letter from this company for writing a negative review which I removed that one. Unfortunately for them, reviews are legal. They provide people with information on that business and therefore can't have any illegal consequences. So, in my opinion this company could definitely use some help in the customer service department. It takes weeks to get an answer about anything. They may have over 5000 customers, but I am and will definitely not be one of those unfortunate people. Stick with Amazon. Oh btw, they say they don't have a record of me as a customer but I have proof like a receipt, they're just too ignorant to know how customer service works. Trust me, go to best buy or somewhere else.
