Overhyped products for affordable prices

Ive been a customer of Shopiosx for 7 years and have shopped with them numerous times. They recently opened up a location in my city, I ordered the iPhone 14 on 9/14 for pre order and it became available for pickup on 9/16. Overall, I was expecting a bigger and better upgrade especially considering the iPhone is supposed to be way bigger then the one I just upgraded from. Dynamic island is nice, the speed is nice and the camera is decent. It’s no better then my iPad Air camera or imac (which I also purchased through them). The store was crowded when I came and I was hoping to get more insight from the employees but it was only one there and they hyped the phone up to me. It’s slightly better then my 7 plus and it’s several generations newer. I feel like apple is losing their spark. and I’ve had this phone since Friday, September 16 and I can tell you that the battery doesn’t last any longer than the phone I upgraded from (iPhone 7 Plus). So far other than that, the phone isn’t too bad. I had to contact customer service on how to do a couple of things and I’m set now. Shopiosx does have affordable prices in terms of other online stores, but honestly it’s nothing to write home about. Between the taxes and fees, you’re looking at surcharges that can total up to $100.

Rodolfo delivered my order and followed…

Rodolfo delivered my order and followed all the instructions. I upgraded my phone from the 12 to the 14Pro and I LOVE it. The deep purple color is beautiful. The phone is faster and i love the island feature. The always on is nice but I tend to turn it on and off. The battery life is great and the photos are amazing. Even though people are complaining about the design not changing this is by far one of the best iPhones in a long time. ShopiOSx also provided fast same day delivery with this product. I saved hundreds of dollars and the phone came brand new and factory unlocked, would recommend.

I ordered a PS5 on May 28

I ordered a PS5 on May 28, 2022 and after 3 months of waiting for the delivery, I never received it. I tried messaging over and over but never got a response from anyone. I finally canceled the order on Aug 6, 2022. As of today's date, October 3, 2022, I have not received my refund!! I have tried calling and never gotten anyone to answer the phone. I have tried emailing and putting a message in the textbox on the website, and still no response. I need my $199.00, but for whatever reason, the company is not sending my refund!! I will be reporting them to the BBB tomorrow!!!

I ordered online yesterday for a oculus…

I ordered online yesterday for a oculus quest 2 VR and it just arrived today. First off, I want to go ahead and say this place has some amazing customer service. I contacted the sales team with a question about the iPhones & VRs and this agent named Robert assisted me with my purchase. He was so patient and helpful with the entire process. The oculus quest 2 arrived brand new and on brand from Meta, I found out about them from Mercari and was honestly surprised when I saw the prices. The driver for local delivery was very nice too, I definitely recommend this place OVER Amazon or best buy if y9743 looking to get an electronic device.

I've been in the market for a new…

I've been in the market for a new iphone for about a year, but I was never ready to commit. I was on my way home from work and found Shopiosx and stopped by. The service was amazing and the staff was very helpful with all of my questions. The agent Heather helped me purchase my new iphone, she even hooked me up With a free pair of AirPods. Highly recommend this store to anyone in the area.

I found out about this shop on google, I love their prices on products but whenever I try with my credit card it says Payment gateway not available. I don't know if they are not receiving card payments and my question is why did they make that an option.

Worst customer service/communication sucks

Been trying to talk to a representative for DAYS. Their customer service is literally trash, neither the website assistance, phone number or Instagram have been answered. Every time I have tried to order online, there is always an "error" with debit/credit cards. And the great communication of the team have make it a pain to solve it.
ADD. As I stated, the live chat does not works, been sending messages for hours with no response. How does it takes 2 bussines days to answer a phone call? My cards are unlocked and I have tried with different ones

Terrible experience. Would no recommend to anyone... ever. Hey shopiosx... where is my crap?! Please respond.

The experience has been terrible i have tried to contact shopiosx support Multiple times through their Chat widget on their website and Instagram and they blocked me on Twitter after I asked them to help me with my order they do not respond whatsoever I ordered the nintendo switch oled on July 12th for same day delivery and it didn't show up I contacted support and they told me I had to spend $70 or more for it to be delivered on the same day so I ordered the PS5 headset it came to be a total of $105 and it finally said out for delivery I was excited and I thought I was gonna get it same day and I did not And it is July 23rd and I have still not received a thing from this fraudulent company and I do not recommend anyone to purchase from them and I'm going to stop supporting them and I can't even get my money back because they won't respond to me now and I just want to ask shopiosx... where's my crap?!

Oculus purchase from 12/22/2021

I got my first oculus quest 2 from Shopiosx and it was an awesome experience. The device, although expensive, is well worth the money. I was able to do all sorts of things with this VR device that felt like a real life gaming session. I'm not sure what some people are talking about in their reviews but my purchase went great and the customer service Was very friendly and helpful at all points of my purchase. A store co owner even reached out to me with the store login so I could track my order at all times.

This company straight ripped me off!

This company straight ripped me off!! I ordered an oculus and a T.V. And never received the items or my money back! I’ve sent emails to the customer service dept. with no response! Watch out for this company it’s a scam if it sounds too good to be true it probably is!

I was in a bind this past weekend and…

I was in a bind this past weekend and needed to find an iPhone charger ASAP. I remembered that there is a local delivery service so I decided to give them a shot. I called them up and they gave me an estimate of how long the phone would take to arrive, which was really helpful. The driver who came over was really nice and he had my phone delivered in Less then a hour. I highly recommend their local delivery service, it’s $12 additionally but it’s worth it! They also give you an ETA.

I am not sure why this store wasn't…

I am not sure why this store wasn't prepared for the iPhone sale. My girlfriend pre-ordered the phone which was supposed to be in stock when she showed up at the store. The employee told her that they ran out of units and she had to leave empty handed... I was so upset for her and felt like I needed to do something about it. Luckily, because of this experience she wasn’t charged & they Delivered a free iPhone locally to our doorstep next day. I’m happy how they handled our mishap but they sell out way too fast sometimes

Can’t give 5 stars

I sold my iPhone XS Max and X to them and they gave me $1250 total. Customer service was really nice, and the site is easy to use. I chose Next Day Direct Deposit, so next day I got the email saying the money had been deposited into my account.
i can’t give the full 5 stars though just need more locations, I live in Connecticut and the New York and Boston store is too out the way for me especially with gas prices being expensive.

Eclat Tech. Welcome to the nightmare. I ordered my items on the 9th of May and another on 18th of May todate nothing has ever been delivered.I have called tons of times no phone line seems to work. Emails are never responded to at all. But they do manage to cover their reputation on here so fast its amazing. I requested a refund. My order now shows refunded but nothing is reflecting on my credit card plus the zelle shipping cost that I paid extra. My status still shows refunded and Out for delivery. Funny I work at Fedex they gave me a tracking number that I have never even came across at Fedex. Using it shows where your product is from where it was shipped till it gets to your door but this is fake as hell. We are going into 2 months plus now im yet to get my product Actually just my refund and forget about all this BS cat and mouse games. Your nightmare just began hold on tight for a rough ride. Shopiosx just refund my money I do not want your products anymore.Stuff I ordered from China arrived over a month ago now yet this company wìthin the US tàkes over 2 months and zero communication.
