I ordered items 6 month ago. They sent the wrong custom codes which resulted in my order not being cleared and the order was returned. They confirmed that they received my order back and then just silence. No refund, no items sent.
This is such deception and I will advise to avoid being scammed by this company.
They claim to have refunded me and when I asked for proof of this refund it was never provided. I am still waiting.

Bought some serish powder for an art project. Very satisfied with product and with correspondence with company about the material.

Not that great. After several weeks of delay I only received one of the items only and not the second one.
Initially I wanted to opt for money to be refunded but given the credit card is now closed I chose to have the second item delivered and I still have not received it.

great customer service, helped me with a coupon not working. shipped in time and for a reasonable price. Minor damage on the packaging material for the book when it arrived, probably happened during shipping.

It took a while for my items to get here but they did eventually! In the meantime they kept in touch with me every time I asked for an update! They were great to deal with ! Very professional! They went out of there way for me ! Thank u Shopipersia !Highly recommended!

I got my books in perfect condition, carefully packed, in time.

UPDATE - Shopipersia have given out my personal phone number to complete strangers and told them to contact me regarding their orders. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a "company"

Order a book in English called Tallarn. I recieved a random book in Arabic. They did not update any sort of tracking or reply when contacted. Contacted them on the WhatsApp and basically got laughed at over it. Thankfully I managed to get my money back thanks to paypal as they were ignoring all communication.

And shopipersia. You are purely a scam site. I am glad I got my money back seeing as you never intended to send me the correct book in the first place.

It arrived very quickly and the packaging was excellent

This is my second review of this Unscrupulous company.
Having placed an order on the 6th March 2025 and cancelled the Order later on the same day I still after twenty days have not received my REFUND.
I noticed from previous reviews I am not the only one experiencing this matter. Charging customers and blaming the banks and not returning your monies / refunds.
The company have now gone silence and ignoring all communication.
Previous communications were from Saeed Azadbakhsh, who is supposed to be the one man band CEO and the biggest E-Commerce shop in the Middel East .

I am sure he will reply to this review .............

Guess what SAEED been ignoring my emais but as though he replied to my review.

Still blaming my bank who have no knowledge of this refund.

What a SCAM.

Excellent experience: service, customer care and product (illustrated "Shahnameh" in nastaliq). Economy delivery from South Iran to Barcelona in 17 days, with somewhat quirky, yet correct tracking system; even payment through Paypal could not detract from the experience: the little annoyance was more on the side of the seller, since it seemed to take the full standard two-day delay to verify the payment: at least they did not reject the transaction, as it can be the case with Iran-related businesses.

Very well packaged. Arrived safely.
Kind correspondence. Trusted.

Ordered a book around 3-4 months ago, didn't arrive, have emailed them maybe 20 times, got one reply that I should call customs. I don't have an order nr, no information, what should I refer customs to? Now they've completely stopped answering, after I paid for the book and the tolls. I can't get them to reply. This is robbery. My money is gone, and there's no way of getting them to answer. Scam site

Good quality product arrived surprisingly quickly

The delivery time was too long, and on top of that the wrong book was delivered.

I ordered this product because of how it looked in the image on the website, but unfortunately, what I received was different from what was shown. While the quality wasn’t bad, I expected the product to match the image exactly. Please ensure the pictures on the website accurately reflect the actual product for a better shopping experience
