The shield vibration is actually strong enough to notice during workouts.

I coach kids and use the shield stopwatch all the time. Easy to read and quick to use during practice.

The ultra sleep tracking actually made me rethink my routine. Didn’t expect that at all. Started sleeping earlier just cuz I saw how bad my scores were lol.

I wear my watch on the right hand and the stinger still works perfectly.

Everything was great.. love the watch..wish the band was about a inch longer.. I have big wrist.. have to wear it on the last hole..

Got the ultra for my husband and he put it on right away. That was like two months ago and its basically glued to his wrist now.

The Crusader watch is médium quality and lowest level app. The problems include short battery life, extremely poor bluetooth connectivity,non existant customer service (voicemail FULL), probably requests for refund, they claim lifetime warranty but nothing you could possibly qualify for so no warranty. Like i said, NO WARRANTY! DO NOT BUY. You will receive daily offers of bogus crdits available from the fictional company president MIKE. SCAMMERS

Wore my shield to a pool party last weekend and honestly forgot it was even there. Jumped in without thinking and yeah no issues at all. That’s when I kinda realized it’s actually built properly.

I literally dont take my shield off. Shower, swim, whatever. Still looks and works fine.

If i could rate this scam of a company with no stars i would. had my watch for one week and it stopped working. sent message to customer service with pictures of the problems. have not had one response from them. dont waste your money on the pieces of crap that this company is selling.

I’m a nurse so I wash my hands like a million times a day. The shield has been totally fine through all that.

I keep switching watch faces on the ultra depending on what I’m wearing. Probably unnecessary but it’s fun.

Very simple and easy purchase! Looking forward to the functionality of this watch.

Ordered on 3/17. Today is 03/27 and still no watch. It's somewhere in the bowells of the USPS. Customer Service told me to be patient. They stoopped corresponding when I mentioned a refund. I'm out the money, and no watch after 10 days. It's only 300 miles from Vegas to Reno.

I bought a Luxium Shield on June 7th 2025. The shipping wasn't bad, arrived in a about a week. I also ordered the metal band for it but never ended up installing it because the rubber one that comes on it didn't suck. The app that you use with the watch doesn't have many features or integration but that's okay because I'm not a huge tech guy anyway. I generally like a watch for the day, date and time. I did like all the health monitoring features and workout tracking but also never used those that much either. Overall the battery life was about 5 or 6 days without having to charge and it charges in a couple hours.

My complaint is that now after less than a year the watch just went blank one day. The screen lights up but the display is totally blank. I submitted a claim for the "lifetime guarantee". That is a compete joke and the joke is on the customer. They take about 10 days after you submit the claim to tell you your claim is denied without giving any specific reason. This is copied from the email:

Hello Eric,
Your claim has been reviewed by our internal team and has been Not Approved. The reason for the claim not being approved is: Claim Reason Does Not Fall Under Lifetime Guarantee.
Once again, we truly apologize that your experience with Luxium was unsatisfactory and we thank you for your understanding of this decision being final.

So I give 2 stars because the watch was pretty nice until it became useless. They do not honor their highly touted guarantee, and there are cheaper options if you're gonna need to buy a new one every few months anyway.

Got generic brand watch not Luxium. All the features is working though. Only need to check the battery life.

Good value and nice watch. Customer service is just a little slow in response. Still waiting but happy otherwise.

I was sceptical however curiosity got the better of me. All watches shipped out of Las Vegas it says on the website however when I got the tracking details mine was shipped from China. The watch came in an unbranded box which had ‘smart watch’ printed on the front. No mention of luxium. So after looking up “smart watch” I have found the exact same watch on Ali express for £20($26)
Watch is so far working well and the battery life has been great.
So my advise is buy the game watch off Ali express and save yourself some money.
I have since tried to get in touch with Luxium but no response. So I dare say customer service is non existent.
UPDATE. I have sent various emails to this company with no response which again does not fill be with confidence. So if you are thinking of buying from this company DONT!

Great buying experience! Used promo code that actually worked. Watch received fast and is exactly like the ads. Easy setup and works great. Finally a product that is as advertised and actually works as stated. Found watch on Facebook ad. Purchased the Ultra model.
