I can’t believe delivery service charge me an extra “Fedex”£64 for entering to UK.
I’m already paid for delivering items,Im not happy about all this and definitely not having business with Mancini company anymore in future!!!!

Hi Ricardas,
FedEx charged you VAT and any duties related to your import that you did not pay at the time of purchase.
Following Brexit, starting from 1 January 2021, the UK is a non-EU country. So, you didn't pay anything more than you owed.
We therefore do not believe this assessment is correct.
