Atrocious. £1000 order and it took 6 months for the items I ordered to arrive and countless emails and back & forth. No indication at all on the website that it would take that long to fulfil the order. Continuous promises of delivery next week which never transpired. The company refused to cancel the order and give me a refund. Asked for a number to call them on to discuss this options and they said that wasn’t an option. Possibly the worst company / customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Don’t shop here.

Purely exist to scam people, when you chase them for your order they just add more weeks to its expected arrival date until they just stop replying.

Need to return some handles as got the product from elsewhere in a more suitable timeframe. Impossible to get hold of any customer service, and currently have had my return cancelled mysteriously.

Ordered over 6 weeks ago. Package has never been delivered and remains ‘in production’ with no estimated delivery date. Have now had to buy alternatives and found exact equivalents (based on reverse image search of products on Amazon). Do not use this company (the positive reviews are almost definitely fake!!)

I ordered from this company years ago with no problem so didn’t hesitate in ordering again. It was only after placing my 2nd order that I saw all the negative reviews so was very worried I had wasted my money.
I have sent several emails for updates and had a quick response each time. Thank you Luven for keeping me updated. I ordered on the 9th September and I’ve received my handles today so I’m relieved.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. My mother ordered a tap work €320. After several AI responses to emails we still did not receive her product. DO NOT buy anything of this company.

I wished I'd come on here before placing an order. Terrible company ran by a man in the UK who just outsources everthing to China. Email responses are AI or outsourced and they dont give any actual updates on delivery dates. I did order a sample which came fairly quickly which misslead me into ordering my full bar order of handles. 6 weeks later and still nothing. looked on companies house, they have hardly any money in their accounts and I would say their website and who they say they work with is slightly fabricated. Use another company.

I ordered two door numbers over three months ago - they finally arrived today, shipped from China. The quality is appalling: one is glossy, the other matte, and they look cheap and poorly made.

I was drawn in by the slick website and impressive-looking reviews (average 4.8), but only today discovered the real Trustpilot page, where almost every reviewer reports similar or worse experiences.

I’ve requested a refund and will escalate to Trading Standards, Action Fraud, and my card provider (chargeback) if this isn’t resolved promptly.

Like others I didn’t read the reviews here before ordering. 6 weeks later no sign of delivery and to make it worse I paid an extra £45 for speedy processing

This website is a scam! No delivery and no refund: hundreds of euro’s gone!

I would like anyone who has been scammed by this awful company to join me in reporting them to Shopify, as that's the website platform they use, so we can get them taken down and save others from losing their money. Just google 'Scam shopify' and follow the links.

Total scam, waited 10 weeks for a “made to order” product. After many vague email responses from customer service I checked here to see the same story over and over.

They clearly have fake reviews put up here every now and then that then get taken down. I don’t know of anyone that has actually received their order. Don’t believe the great photography and slick website.

Waiting for a refund of hundreds but not expecting it to ever come. We have submitted a case with UK action fraud.

This company have delayed and delayed our order. Promising it will come soon and it is a COMPLETE SCAM. They are now adding fake reviews that make no sense. DO NOT BUY from them

We spent £600 on handles for our new kitchen and never received them despite four months of chasing. Every time we contacted them, we got generic excuses like “we are working around the clock to fulfil your order.” As soon as we asked for a refund, we suddenly got an email claiming “your order is now in production and will be delivered in 5 days.” Unsurprisingly, nothing arrived.

Thankfully, we had paid with Amex and were able to report the site as a scam and get our money back. To make things worse, the company even tried to tell us “your bank is holding up the refund, please cancel the request so we can process it” — yet another red flag.

Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this company.

Full scam company, after 3 months of waiting, lying each week, they offered me a 10% discount. After that, I asked for a complete refund, after 10 months no refund was processed and the lies continued by reassuring each week the reimbursement was on going. After 11 months they refused to reimbursement.

Avoid at all costs – misleading and unreliable

Why does this Trustpilot account (shopmeraki.co) reference jewellery when they don’t even sell jewellery? Is this a deliberate attempt to mislead customers by Youssef Ali (listed as the owner on Companies House) – someone with no digital footprint?

I also tried leaving a review on their other account (shopmeraki.com) and noticed the same owner has dissolved a company under a similar name. Not exactly confidence-inspiring.

My experience dates back to July, and ever since I’ve just been passed from pillar to post. The same copy-and-paste excuses keep coming:

“We are currently experiencing a higher volume of inquiries than usual…”

“Your package may be currently held up in a backlog at the courier’s warehouse…”

“We have escalated your case for investigation and will send a replacement immediately…”

Meanwhile, the tracking link (via PostNL) still says: “The item is available at the pickup point.” Am I really expected to travel to the Netherlands to collect it?

Months later, I’m still left with nothing but empty promises.

An absolute nightmare – steer clear.

Awful scam company. No idea how they get away with it. Goods never turn up and they ignore all requests for a refund.

Absolutely terrible company. Items are not delivered although paid for. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
