I am in awe of the customer service I received from Mersi distribution. I am an extremely critical person and complained incessantly when my covid tests were delayed, even though we are in midst of a labor shortage/pandemic/truly unprecedented times. They were quick to expedite shipping, refund shipping costs, reply, etc., etc. but I was speechless tonight when I received a personalized gift box and handwritten note apologizing for the delay. This is a nicer gift than I received from any of my friends for Christmas… so thoughtful, so unnecessary, and so very appreciated after a terrible Tuesday. I have never experienced this kind of service from any company, in any field.

These are impossible times for everyone. Mersi communicated clearly with us when they needed to change the brand of home test kit available, and we were happy with how quickly the tests were shipped. We are grateful to have received home tests when they are so difficult to purchase in the stores where we live. Thank you, Mersi!

I was disappointed when my initial order for the six BinaxNOW home Covid testing kits was cancelled. As for the replacements, I have not used them yet, so I cannot comment on their ease of use or accuracy of results.
