Dishonest customer service
At this stage I am extremely frustrated with the return process and non existent, disengaged or flat out dismissive customer service. Are they using AI for that? I’m actually baffled…
So : first time purchase, returning a couple of items: so far so good. I actually am impressed with the quality of what I’m keeping and thus, was considering ordering more as I have a whole wishlist ready to go.
Not gonna happen anytime soon.
After completing the return process they offered to deduct the shipping fees from the return costs. I said great how do we proceed. Since then it’s been either:
- crickets
- denying this was ever offered
- asking for the same details over and over again
- refusing to honor the offer
Weird way to do business and try to retain customers if you ask me 👀

Micas-Amazon quality /basic I purchased 3 items and received one…
I purchased 3 items and received one item within 4 days … the other 2 were shipped and reported delivered although I never received them… the shipment was insured but they did not honor the insurance replacement/refund… the quality of the item received was mediocre… basic quality from a Chinese factory

Horrible return experience and bad proportions
The clothes proportions are weird and inconsistent. the prices are high for what you get. NEVER bulk order because the return process is a nightmare and you pay for all the shipping. Moreover, they won't refund everything. I returned everything I didn't want, and they claimed 3 of the most expensive items i purchased were dirty and that they can't refund me. I only tried them on once when they arrived. They were not dirty. I will not be shopping here again. Waste of my money.

I ordered over $600 of clothing items. After I paid I received an email stating the order appeared suspicious. I was asked to send confirmation information and I sent it. For weeks after sending confirmation information I inquired about my order to no avail. No one responded. I did not receive the ordered clothing nor a refund. I had to go to my bank and dispute the charge.

I came across this brand through a friend and finally decided to place an order. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting too much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is really nice and everything looked just like the photos. I wore one of the dresses out last weekend and got a few compliments, which was a nice bonus.

Communication is terrible
Communication is terrible. Trying to return my item has been a massive hassle. You have to email them for a label to be sent to you. This took days to happen and took a few emails to get sorted. Then I posted the item back. It’s been well over a week and no money back. Again emailed with tracking and showing it has been delivered, still no reply. I personally would avoid this company. There are plenty of other places to shop where you have easy transactions and communication.

It really sucks that they have great quality of clothes, however, their customer service and their operations sucks. I ordered from them a few times and either the items I paid for was sold out and I needed to select another option or the delivery time took 3-4 weeks.

The quality for the price is actually better than I expected. The fabric feels soft but still has some structure to it. I’ve already worn a couple of the pieces multiple times and they’ve held up well. Overall, I’m really happy with what I got.

BAD COMPANY
If I could give lower than a 1 would. They say easy returns, its not true. I spent $114.00 on 2 tops and 1 pair of shorts. Everyone of the items I bought were either the wrong fabric and the shorts had a hole in the pocket. whew I tried to return them, I received such a hard time I had to contact paypal. I won the dispute but to return the items it would have cost me more than what I paid. I think its from China and is shipped from California. My advice is DON'T buy anything from this company!! I just sent the PayPal ref number to you. Don't act like this didnt happen. You know it did

Girls this is fncking scam website
Girls, please don’t get scammed into buying from this website. You can find almost everything they sell on Shein or Temu for a quarter of the price. The quality is absolutely terrible, and if you want to return an item, they make you pay the return shipping yourself. Even worse, no one actually helps you with your refund. They just keep delaying and dragging things out until your return window expires, then tell you there’s nothing they can do because it’s “too late.” The funny part is that they take 2 to 3 days just to reply to a single email, so by the time you hear back from them, you’re already running out of time. Please just shop on Shein or Temu instead. The corset I bought from this website cost me $51, but I found the exact same style on Shein for only $12. The quality of what I received was honestly awful
They appear to be companies based in Singapore or Hong Kong, but you can find many of the exact same clothing designs on Shein for a fraction of the price. Shein also has a much more transparent return policy with free returns. These brands spend heavily on advertising and pay Instagram influencers to promote products that, in my experience, are extremely poor quality

This dress was for a trip to new york. I order the clothes about two weeks in advance. There was a point where the shipping hadn’t been updated and I worried it wasn’t going to come on time but Micas customer service team was amazing. The delivery service was actually sending me emails regarding the shipment, I just didn’t notice because they were in my spam. Overall 10/10. The quality of the dress was thick and durable. It was not cheap material or see through. I looked stunning.

This company is despicable. I ordered a skirt. It was horrid quality. I had to pay shipping fee to ship it back. After no refund i contacted them. Their reponse was that packaging was incomplete whatever that means. Email was also written funky. Stay away, their clothes is garbage.

You pay for shipping and pay for return if needs
The clothes have good quality, but take forever to be delivery, I order for my honey moon
Bought 2 months in advance and still got on time, when I tried return I figured out that I had to pay for it. So you pay for an express shipping and they send in the cheap way and you have to pay if don’t like or the size no correct !

Future Purchases? Probably Not.
I ended up with a really nice blouse, but I’m having to return the other items that I ordered due to sizing issues. The return process is AWFUL. You have to pay to ship the items which is ridiculous. You also have to wait for a return approval before you’re provided with shipping instructions. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.
I forgot to mention that a portion of my order was delayed when I purchased the items.
