I ordered on January 30th and my order stated 4 to 6 days delivery. It has now been 12 days since ordering and my order is not here. I have contacted shop mini VIP via their messenger service and also via email and have had no response but money was taken from my account.
Shocking customer service and I do not recommend buying from this company.

DO NOT ORDER. I paid for an item that was delivered ages past the estimated delivery date so no longer needed it. I requested a returns label 15 times and nobody ever got back to me. Had to go through my bank to get a refund. AVOID!!!

Awful company - do not buy!!!

Purchased personalised polar express jumpers for our train ride, they took absolutely ages to come, all different types of sizing/style jumpers. Also brought a personalised lounge set for my daughter that despite them stating they had sent it (in confirmation email/receipt) but this was missing and never received. I tried to call them in excess of 40 times and always got the same response - a busy dial tone - tried their chat service, emailing them, commenting on their posts on facebook and not once did anyone reply. Thankfully I paid via Clearpay so I logged an issue with them and this morning they emailed to say they have had no response from MiniVip and that the case is now closed and I am being refunded.

The way they’re treating their customers is absolutely diabolical. Something needs to be done about these awful people.

Ordered a Hype lunchbox for a little girl for Christmas and it hasn’t arrived and I have called emailed and messaged with no response. No time to purchase another lunchbox so we daughter will be very sad this Christmas! Awful company! DO NOT USE

Scam company, ordered item back in November! Been chasing them ever since! No one replies to the messages, you can not get through on the phone!!! Have passed to a fraud investigation team as sick of these scammers thinking it’s ok to take our hard earned money!!!!!!!

I ordered a christmas jumper for my son on 9th Dec, it arrived 10 days later on 19th Dec. Great sweatshirt, really good quality and the design is well printed. I was really concerned having read these reviews however please don't panic, it is a legitimate company! I really do think Mini Vip is just a small family owned company who are working flat-out to process all of the orders in time for Christmas. Yes delivery time this time of year is going to be a little slower compared to huge corporations but I am really happy I bought from and supported a small family company. I was happy with 10 days delivery time and would definitely buy from them again. My son absolutely loves his Christmas jumper!
