Made an order over 1 months ago. I understand due to the current situation orders may delayed however I contacted company multiple times over the last 2 weeks and have not had a response. I was advised one month ago my order had been shipped and I’ve not heard anything at all since. 0 stars. Awful.

I shopped on Miss A after seeing some make up reviews online but before reading trust pilot and I’m glad I did as I had no problems. I bought 20 products cost me £24 then I paid express delivery. Delivery said 7-27 days. I purchased on the 17th and it arrived today the 22nd (I’m in Scotland) so it was super fast. I paid customs straight away so there was no hold up that was £4 which you pay online via a text DHL send. All in all I’m very happy with my experience and all the product arrived in good condition, no breakages! Will happily shop again

First time ordering from this website. I live in Tennessee And it took 17 days For my package to arrive and then when it did it, come in the mail. I opened it to find had 2 damaged items and 3 missing items. And I guess there Try to cover it up By putting 2 very small items The body oils In my package that I did not order and that was not on my order form. I've tried looking for a number. Couldn't find one. So I have emailed them About replacement and reimbursement for my missing items Several times And several days have passed Yet. no response.

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 stars I would. I ordered 15 pairs of Nora eyelashes and they only gave me 1 pair of eyelashes. When I asked for them to look into it they said I needed have the package it came in but I didn’t have it. Why should I be responsible for something they failed to do? Terrible customer service and communication. Lost money and never received what I paid for.

I've ordered from here several times. This is the 1st time I've never received an order. It's been 12days, no tracking update, DHL doesn't know where my package is and never recieved it. They won't answer my emails and I've attempted to contact them 5 times.
Non-existent customer service, never received order
I made an order over a week ago and the tracking number was never updated after it was shipped. It has now been six days and the package has not been received by the shipping company. It seems like they just created a tracking number and did nothing. I tried contacting them multiple times and have yet to receive any kind of response. I would avoid this company like the plague.
Oh, by the way, their warehouse is in DALLAS and I live in DALLAS. They can’t even get something across the city.
Strong chemical smell on lip & eye liners
On November 11, 2019 I placed a big order which included 28 lip & eye liners. A few days ago I noticed the products have a very strong chemical smell kind of like concentrated urine. The smell is getting stronger each day & every time I put it on my lips or eyes the smell stays on all day. I opened several of the items & they all have the same problem. I emailed the company & they responded saying I only have 3 days to return them. I don't understand why this company doesn't care about their customers. I understand it's been almost 4 months but it's obvious that something is wrong with those products because they shouldn't smell like chemicals at all. It's ridiculous that the company doesn't care about their products affecting the health of their customers.

We cannot be sure once the package has left the hands of DHL, so we ask that you contact your country's postal service (Brazil Post) and Customs Facilities and provide them with any information your can to help them locate your package for you.
Not even to contact the delivery service...

Never received my order
I ordered an outfit way back in July... I never received my order. I attempted to contact them so many times but only ever received automated responses. They have no customer service number. I lost out on money and an outfit. Do not shop here!!!

Fast Shipping, Amazing Products
I was honestly scared to order from here after doing research and seeing so many bad reviews, but I went ahead and ordered last second for a big Christmas gift.
I ordered on Dec 18 at 2:07 AM. 24 items which were $24 plus the $1 shipping... $25 total! At first I was told it would take at least 7-10 days to arrive. So, I figured with it taking at least 7 days, there was no way I would get the gifts in time for Christmas. But I was so wrong!
My order was shipped on Dec 19. (The day after ordering... so fast). I originally saw reviews complaining about the tracking number but it worked fine for me. I was able to see every step that my package was going through. (I'm not an international buyer. I'm buying from Kentucky)
I got my package on Dec 24, just in time for Christmas, and a lot faster than what they told me to expect! (Took only 5 days instead 7-10). I tried a face mask and some hand lotion for myself and they left my skin feeling great. Going to be such a good gift! I'm beyond happy with how everything went, I truly have no idea why there are so many bad reviews on these sites. :)

No customer service
- They forgot a pair of earrings in my order and just ignored my e-mail about it. So, I guess be prepared to just not get what you ordered and be okay with that?
- One of the pairs I did get come with a warning label about containing nickel and lead which may cause birth defects. Would have been nice if they put that on the website so that I didn't buy them.
- Quality of the other items was better, but generally hit or miss.
- I ordered from Canada and the shipping makes it not worth it - around $15, plus I even got hit with an extra $12 charge at the post office; unspecified "cash on delivery" charge which I'm guessing was customs-related, but they also ignored the question when I e-mailed them, so I guess I'll never know.
Maybe I would be willing to deal with this site again if I lived in the US, but I'll be shopping elsewhere because for me it wasn't worth it in the long run.
Pretty bad customer-service
The products are usually really good for the price but the customer-service is horrible!
I ordered a lot of things from them this autumn and one of my items didnt arrive. It was a magnetic palett and they wouldnt ship it to me. They said I could get a giftcard to cover the price but I had bought a lot of single shadows which wass useless and messy without a palett. So I asked if they could pay the shipping since it cost quit a lot to get it to Norway but nah. So if you order from them I really hope that you dont have to interact with the customer-service..
