Great customer service, i had a few concerns as my product was delayed by a couple of days from the shipping courier. the customer service were quickly looking into this for me & relieved my concerns.

Products are awesome, i have the MovieHub Gaming bundle & 2 gameboys. the kids love them. I recommend

I wasn't satisfied with how long the shipping took as everyone else I eventually recieved my gamestick pro and it wouldn't work after reviewing the reviews here I was automatically thinking negatively and thought I would've been scammed it wouldn't work due to my t.v not working but tried it in a new t.v and worked perfectly fine didn't realize the fault was mine and automatically asked for a refund I also ordered a projector and it wouldn't work for me either I had to plug it into a different USB charger block and it worked alot better please upgrade your t.v if it's old and try a different USB charger block for your projector before applying to fdrs I blew my roof and it's all because I read people's reviews before testing the products properly

Would rate 0 stars if I was able to. They are drop shippers and don’t care if/when products reach you, and will completely ghost you when you ask to claim a refund through their 30 day, 110% (as listed on their insta page) refund guarantee for goods not received/misleading information. I’m contacting fair trading today and am will be taking them to small claims court too if needed, because if they’re treating me like this, they’re treating others like this too.

I wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! 5 months ago I bought a projector from them. It is useless as it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do. It has taken me months of chasing and threatening them to finally get an approval for a refund, many MANY emails later. They received my return a month ago but have avoided refunding me or acknowledging they have received it so I am now having to continue chasing and threatening via emails again! Absolutely shocking “customer service”. They should be reported to Fair Trading and not be allowed to trade anymore.

Scam company. Unfortunately I was too late reading the online reviews and I was scammed by their website. I tried to cancel my order straight away (before it was processed) and they emailed to say that I was unable to. The mobile number on website goes straight to voicemail saying “voicemail is full”. The item took forever to ship and when it finally arrived it had come from China (not Australia). I tried to initiate a return as the website states “easy 30 day returns” however they just kept giving me the run around and are now saying they only do returns for faulty products. Do not purchase from this company! I have contacted Fair Trading.
Update 26/2/25: Only after contacting Fair Trading have MovieHub responded to me to say that they'll accept my return. Who knows if they'll actually go through with refunding my money!? I will contacting Fair Trading again if I do not get a refund.

I brought a game stick pack I sent it back as it was not what they advertised I have emailed them no response I asked for a refund still no response they are crooks I wish I had read the reviews before I brought

Moviehub are absolute criminals i had to return my gamestick set as it was faulty and that was 3 weeks ago all I get is excuses but no refund I've waited and waited thieves

I purchased a projector from MovieHub less than a year ago, used it three times, and now it has become completely useless because it no longer supports Netflix or Disney+. No warning, no update, no solution—just a dead, overpriced paperweight.

The real insult? MovieHub’s customer service doesn’t just suck—it doesn’t exist. I’ve reached out multiple times, and all I’ve received is radio silence. Minimal responses when they feel like it, with absolutely no fixes, not even the bare minimum of acknowledging the issue, just a "send me a video"- which I did, and they ignored.

They are more than happy to take your money but vanish the moment you actually need support.

This is blatant fraud. Selling a product that becomes non-functional in less than a year with zero after-sales support is absolutely deplorable. If you’re thinking of buying from MovieHub, DON’T.
They clearly have no interest in standing behind their products or helping their customers.

Save yourself the frustration and wasted money—go elsewhere.

Hope you are reading this before you get scammed.. wait 22 days to play 40k + games. It finally comes and you can change your tv screen settings and turn the sound up.. the end. Fully got hustled don’t do the same thing please

SCAM!!!!! We ordered over $400 worth of products (projectors for Christmas gifts) and they never arrived!!! Been emailing back and forth but they are not giving our refund and keep saying it's with management and not informing us about progress. ORDERED IN EARLY NOV 2024 AND ITS NOW FEB 2025! They are scammers!!!

- 5⭐️ experience. Received email to notify me that my order had been shipped on 4/12/24. Shipping is 5-8 days. On 17/12/24 checked track & trace and it had not moved. Emailed the company to ask for an update. They replied with another link to track the parcel but the status was still the same “waiting for parcel to be picked up by the carrier” the only thing that changed was the date to 17/12/24. I emailed again on 19/12/24 requesting an update on the parcel and an explanation for cause of the delay. It is now 20/12/24 and the status of my parcel is still the same. It was at this point in time that I decided to give up hoping for it to be delivered and just accepted that this company bit off more than they could handle and couldn’t follow through with what they offered their customers. They are still advertising hoping to lure in more suckers lol. I wish I checked the reviews first prior to purchasing. I’m ok with parting with the money because I can make more and they obviously need it. They also don’t do refunds according to other unhappy customers who have written reviews here as well as accidentally on MoveHub so just not even going to bother.

DO NOT PURCHASE!! My order arrived after 16 days despite the misleading advertised 3 - 4 days express shipping. The device does not work on either of our TVs, one controller doesn’t function at all, and the battery covers won’t reattach once removed. After finally getting the device to load on my computer, the games still wouldn’t work. Despite sending multiple emails requesting a refund, all I receive are vague responses promising an "update," with no resolution in sight. This company’s customer service is as disappointing as their product. Save yourself the frustration and AVOID this company at all costs!!

100% Scam company. Do not give refunds. Once you ask for one you are completely ignored. Have reported to the ACCC as they have no ABN on their website and do not answer their phone number.

Hey all of you who put the - very warranted bad review, Have you reported them to Facebook because I am as that’s where I saw this scam.

this company is a scam and they lie with false advertising. Despite paying express shipping it took over 3 weeks to arrive and weeks for anyone to reply with broken English, they are definitely not Aus based. When trying to return it because it’s a hunk of crap and a Chinese rip off version of a projector, they ignored my many attempts and have not contacted me back. The projector also can’t even use the apps (Netflix etc) despite factory resetting and trouble shooting. I have tried endless amounts of contacting for a return and refund as they advertise this to be easy and haven’t heard back. What a waste of 180 dollars. DO NOT USE THEM. I want my refund!!!!

Movie Hub advertises a projector valued at $474. The projector is poor quality and does not suit my needs, I therefore tried to return it under their '30 Day Money Back Guarantee'. Their website further states 'To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.'. I can meet this criteria.

When I tried to return the projector, they company declined, saying 'After reviewing your request, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund for your purchase. As per our refund policy, Unfortunately, as this order does not meet those criteria, we cannot proceed with a refund at this time.' Aside from the above on their website, they do not provide their refund policy.

I believe they are FALSELY ADVERTISING EASY RETURNS when they do not.

Further, they claim to be Gold Coast based. The item shipped came from China and took longer than they advertise. I've tried to find an ABN linked to the company. I can not.

Finally, Reddit users concur: this website and company are a scam.
