I was curious when my order didn’t arrive on the expected shipping time so, I reached out via email and the response was very quick! One of my orders was out of stock and they offered me another option. Even though I decided to refund my whole order, I will still continue to shop in the future. I appreciate how fast and thorough the response was. Thank you!

I had ordered 3 pairs of boots from Newbella although I was disappointed they did not fit me the customer service was very understanding and rectified the situation in a timely manner. They were very kind and quick to respond through WhatsApp they gave me a refund with their apologies and a future discount. I will be visiting the store again in the near future.

Shoes were cute but too small. shopnewbella worked with me to facilitate a refund where I kept the shoes (will donate) and did not have to deal with shipping.

This company is a scam. Please do not buy. I ordered shoes in my correct size and when they came they were so small and narrow my foot wouldn't fit. I am a size 8.5 and my 11 year old could wear these shoes. They were of horrible quality as well, sloppy glue, and bad materials. I panicked after ordering because the tracking number was a fake. I was worried I wouldn't even get any shoes. I had to reach out for a return because there was no return label. We exchanged emails back and forth quite a bit with them trying to get them to agree for a full refund. First they were going to send me a replacement, then I could keep the shoes and a small percentage of a refund. It went from a 20% to 70% refund with me keeping the shoes. I said no full refund, including shipping. They said they have no system for creating return labels! So I kept the worthless shoes and got a full refund. If you find yourself in my situation, don't let them take advantage of you. Keep pushing, just be firm and straight forward with what you want.

Great shoes, design and quality. Very good customer service. Fair prices and often they have good discounts.

I ordered beautiful boots. They both look awsome but bit small size.
Mandy assisted my change request and she dealt it beautifully. Im really happy with Size-changing procedures even though it’s on online. Fast response and very satisfying :)

What made my experience great is the be able to solve my problems by refunded my orders and they let me keep the shoes for donation.. so kind and sweet. Thank you so much again. Wish you business are doing really awesome and a wonderful year!

This company is awesome, their customer service is incredible, quick to respond and very reasonable....but all that aside, I am in love with their boots... I study and work and all that requires a lot of walking and travel, and these boots have been a blessing, absolutely my favorite pair (I also bought three additional ones because I'm in love... looking forwards to their next collection.

I love an instagram ad and I am a marketing departments dream , if it’s aesthetic and on trend and affordable I WANT IT the bags came up with a huge discount and I immediately bought my bag in the most stunning colour, so I ordered it on the 1st of Jan and it was here today ! The 9th! My bag is exactly as pictured and if not nicer and honestly I’m delighted! this wee wummin from Glasgow cannot fault anything , question now is do I buy another colour !
