Great customer service and comfy boots
I always get great and speedy customer service when I email. I also love the boots, they are so comfortable that I've stopped wearing flats as much.
The only thing that is odd is that I can order a size and it doesn't fit for all the pairs.

Problem solved
After I had some troubles with my order and the shipment I was mad and I left a bad review. The staff replied to me and they managed to solve the problems, they were very polite and in a few days I got my item (a beautiful bag) and also a small gift. I really appreciated their customer service.
