👌🏻👍🏻excellent experience

I needed to purchase an item from Italy at a store in Spain (which doesn't ship internationally). Careful online research and countless positive reviews convinced me to try Shopogolic; now I can say I was right to trust them - everything was extremely easy, precise and punctual, email updates every step of the way, competitive prices, and fast shipping. I highly recommend them.

USA order paid in full!

I paid for order OR801961 and the status has been stuck at PURCHASED for far too long. I was told the books were bought, but they still have not reached their warehouse, and customer support only repeats that they “have no control” and that I must wait.

As a customer, this is extremely frustrating. They accepted payment immediately, but cannot provide a clear delivery date, proper tracking, or any real solution. Just vague delays and endless waiting.

When people pay money, they deserve transparency, timelines, and accountability — not uncertainty.

My experience so far has been disappointing and stressful. Unless this is resolved quickly, I cannot recommend this service.

Letter Before Action has been issued!

UPDATE

After continuing delays, one item was canceled TODAY: 05/01/2026 and I was then asked to pay nearly $100–$130 shipping for the remaining low-value items. This feels like a bait-and-switch pricing structure.

Incorrect shipping time advertisement

They advertise shipping in 2-5 days, yet then say later that another up to TEN business days will be added on top of that because of their internal processes. Not going to use them again since I picked them based on what seemed like reasonable shipping.

Health risk

Update: The package arrived on April 30, 2026. The packaging was damaged. Waiting for delivery from April 2 to April 30 is extremely long.

I am extremely disappointed with Shopogolic's service.

My parcel (ID 364597) contains essential diabetes medical supplies, so delivery time is critical. The parcel was delivered to their Poland warehouse on 02/04/2026, yet it took over a week for it to be properly registered in my account. I had to manually contact support to locate it, even though it was already in their possession.

When I finally paid for shipping, I deliberately chose a more expensive option advertised with a 2–5 day delivery time. However, this information is misleading.

On 14/04/2026, a GLS tracking number was created, which gave the impression that the parcel had been shipped. In reality, it has not even been physically handed over to GLS. As of today, more than 10 days later, there is still no movement in the GLS system.

Only after repeated complaints did I learn that the parcel is first transported internally from Poland to Germany and held for “consolidation.” This process was not clearly disclosed when selecting the shipping method.

This means the advertised 2–5 day delivery does not reflect the real delivery time. In practice, the shipment can be delayed for many additional days before it even reaches the courier.

Keeping essential medical supplies delayed for such an extended period (over 20 days including the registration delay) is completely unacceptable.

Customer support is slow and unhelpful, repeatedly sending generic template responses without providing any concrete information about the actual location of the parcel.

I consider this service misleading and unreliable. I would strongly advise against using Shopogolic if you need fast, transparent, and dependable delivery.

10/10!!!

I live in the US and was looking for a forwarding service like the one I use for my South Korea packages and came across another website and shopogolic. The other website was difficult to sign up for and hard to understand. Shopogolic was super simple and straight forward!

The website I ordered from had not notified me that my item shipped, so it was a pleasant surprise when I received a notification from Shopoglic that my order arrived!

The forwarding process was also very simple and straight forward! Cheaper than expected and my package arrived today! Whole process took less than a week!

I’ve already recommended 2 other people to this website! Thank you again!

Horrible experience with Shopogolic. I do not recommend them at all!

I recently purchased a jacket from North Face in Spain. I live in Canada, so I needed to use an international parcel forwarding service. I googled and asked ChatGPT to give me some options, Shopogolic being the best option (apparently).

After I placed the order, I had a prompt trip to Portugal, so I contacted Shopogolic's customer service to ask them reroute my parcel to Portugal. They said OK, and put my parcel on hold to make the changes. It's been 3 days since that conversation, my parcel is still on hold, I am about to fly to Portugal tomorrow and coming back in 4 days, and Shopogolic's customer service just do not answer. They don't have any phone number where to call either. I tried the number they give for the shipping address, but nobody picks the phone up.

This is a totally horrible experience. I cannot recommend this "service." Beware of their quality and better choose some other more decent and responsible company.

Been using Shopogolic for my Italy to…

Been using Shopogolic for my Italy to UK forwarding for a few weeks now and I'm really impressed. I've had over a dozen parcels shipped so far and they've all arrived quickly via FedEx. The warehouse processes orders fast - usually within a day or two — and the tracking updates are reliable.

The support team is responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions. The pricing is competitive, especially once you get the hang of how volumetric weight works.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable forwarding service from Italy to the UK.

no resolution, no accountability, and poor transparency

Shopogolic has been extremely disappointing to deal with.

My parcel was returned due to a customs declaration issue. Despite this, the company accepted and shipped the parcel without flagging any problem beforehand. After the issue occurred, I received conflicting explanations from multiple support agents, which raised serious concerns about their internal processes.

They repeatedly relied on their Terms & Conditions to deny responsibility, yet failed to provide basic evidence such as the customs declaration or CN22/CN23 form to support their claims.

This has now been ongoing for over a month with no resolution, no accountability, and poor transparency. Instead of addressing the issue fairly, they are insisting I pay again to fix a problem that should have been identified before shipment.

I would not recommend using this service.

Visible progress and impressive speed!

I am extremely satisfied with Shopogolic's services. I must admit that my previous experience wasn't as smooth or prompt, but I've noticed a significant improvement since August 2025. This time, as soon as the warehouse received my items, I was notified the same day. The payment was processed quite efficiently, and my parcel was dispatched the very next day. Everything went perfectly. I truly hope you maintain this high standard from now on – I can now confidently recommend your service!

Why can't I rate ZERO stars?

Why can't I rate ZERO stars? Awful, awful company to deal with. They don't respect their own policies, they are rude to customers who complain and to this day I'm still waiting for packages I paid for and they refused to send (even if it didn't brake any policies). Not to be xenophobic, but then again I think this is a Russian company. Go figure.

fees, fees, fees

I have used parcel forwarders around the world but never experienced a more intransparent provider like this. When the parcel arrives only it's weight is given and no dimensions. Then you have to choose a shipping company. I chose the cheapest one which was listed for 17 Euros. Then you have to wait until an invoice is issued. Suddenly the shipping company was changed and shipping costs were 20 Euros - because it is now calculated by measurement not weight. Added are order processing fees, which is ok but also some parcel packing fees. What's that for - they just put a new shipping label on the parcel. Finally you have to pay the invoice. And voila there is another fee of at least 50 cents if you wire transfer or even higher percentage fees for Paypal and so on. So finally 35% of the costs was fees by Shopogolic.
2-stars because the forwarding was fast, but never again.

Used Shopogolic to forward a package…

Used Shopogolic to forward a package from Italy to Poland because the store shipped only locally. Everything went smoothly – clear dashboard, working tracking, and fast dispatch after payment.

The parcel was handled professionally and sent via FedEx without any issues. Prices are reasonable for an international forwarding service. Would use again if needed.
