Terrible service, no technical support.
I paid $62 for shipping, but the payment did not show up in their system, and for eight days now, no one from support has responded or resolved the issue. This is probably a fraudulent company; I do not recommend using them.

Adjusting an earlier 1-star review to 4-star because the company did go out of their way to retrieve my package delivered to an old warehouse after a mistake on the website. The 1-star review was mainly down to lack of communication during the whole process which took almost a month after the delivery of the items to retrieve due to issues out of their control. My main issue was not being kept in the loop rather than how long it took. Shopogolic have served me exceptionally well on about eight different occasions with fast delivery, good value, and care with my items. Very grateful for their efforts and persistence to resolve my issue and will definitely use again but next time will be extra cautious to not deliver to an old warehouse. Thank you, Shopogolic!

Was a bit nervous about this service to begin with but it was BRILLIANT
Had to get a spare part from Poland to the UK and none of the retailers shipped because of Brexit. So using Shopagolics polish warehouse and then shipping with FedEx was excellent … and for £6 fee on top of FedEx I thought that was great value for money
Will definitely be using this service again

A week later since they have responded to my initial complaint/trust pilot review AND I have also emailed them directly to ask for a solution; I have had ZERO contact from the company.
I am still deeply unhappy with the service and would still not recommend them to anyone. They are holding £130 worth of goods are are not discussing with me how to get this shipped to the UK.
AVOID!
Edit to add 11/10/25. The batteries cannot be stripped out of the toys. I have explained this on multiple occasions.
Please arrange to send via DHL Or Fed Ex with correct labelling!

This company is a total scam. They take your money, keep your package, and then demand more by charging you for storage—even after you’ve already paid them to forward it!
In my case, I paid for them to receive a package from Poland and ship it to me in the United States. They never forwarded it. Instead, they stalled, lied, and then tried to charge me additional fees while holding my package hostage.
Their “customer service” is a disgrace—painfully slow to respond, and when they do, it’s just lies, excuses, and zero accountability.
Do NOT trust this company. They are thieves who will take your money, keep your package, and leave you with nothing. Stay far away!
The reply below is more lies. I have proof from the shipper that they never received the package from shopogolic. They say that they have given me a refund when they have not. I was forced to request a refund from my credit card company. The money I paid for the item is a total loss because there is no way that I am giving shopogolic any more of my money.

The contradictions from Shopogolic keep piling up. Their most recent response was: “The courier company must return the parcel to our warehouse, after which it will be added to your personal account.”
WHY is it taking them OVER A MONTH to “locate” a parcel they claim was never shipped? The supposed ship date was 8/25, and yet here we are a month later.
And WHY did another staff member state the parcel was “SAFELY IN THE WAREHOUSE”? Both statements cannot be true. They are clearly playing games now.
Even more concerning: I contacted the Polish Post directly last week using the tracking number Shopogolic gave me. They replied by email, confirming that the parcel was NEVER handed to them, NEVER processed, and NEVER in their system. This directly contradicts Shopogolic’s claims.
It should NOT take this long for a decent company to provide a clear answer about where my parcel is and get to me. Instead, I continue to receive VERY SLOW, vague, contradictory, and unhelpful messages.
At this stage, my demands are very clear:
Not being able to ship to the U.S is NO longer the issue, stop using that as the excuse for exceptionally horrible service! SHIP TO CANADA, I have stated that multiple times.
GIVE ME the exact location of my parcel. STOP with “we are trying to locate it” — it has been over a month since the supposed ship date.
SHIP IT TO CANADA immediately, as I requested on 9/12, instead of dragging this out with endless excuses.
This situation is highly suspicious and increasingly looks like FRAUD. I will continue to post updates and escalate this matter until Shopogolic provides a REAL resolution.

I ordered T-shirts from Poland to go to my home address in Ireland. They sent it to Italy! It's been in Italys FedEx hub for over five weeks going from Italian FedEx hub to Italian FedEx hub because the ITALIAN (not Irish) address isn't real. I had to find this out by calling FedEx UK myself as shopogolic kept saying it's fine. As I'm not the sender I can't do anything about this. I sent them screenshots from FedEx tracking showing it's going nowhere .Even there own screenshot clearly shows the destination address is wrong....IT(ITALY ) instead of IE(Ireland). Calls to FedEx confirms the description address is wrong . I sent shopogolic multiple emails telling them what FedEx told me." FedEx can't change the address because I'm not the sender" Shopogolic's answer?

Finally after showing the same screenshot with a circle around IT ... they said "Good afternoon! We have written to management and are awaiting a response."
Never once an apology.
Of course they never got back to me until I sent my tent email . I finally got an apology .

Very unprofessional and unreliable company. I sent several parcels from Germany and every time they were returned without a clear reason. They charged me full shipping fees but never refunded my money. Their customer support is extremely slow — replies take 5 days or more and are often irrelevant to my questions, especially when I ask about refunds. It feels like they deliberately avoid giving clear answers, making them look like a scam company. Definitely not recommended.

Price gouging/increase & bait and switch is against EU law.
1) The (re)packing fees on the Services Prices page are mandatory and they'll charge you for them afterwards when they have your package hostage at their warehouse. Even when you don't ask them to inspect the package.
2) The shipping fee quoted on the "Create order" page (once logged in) is incorrect and much higher after they have your package at their warehouse. They also use larger boxes or bags to repackage your item which will increase the cost of shipping. I was quoted 27 euros for fedex economy for a tiny package on the Create order page and then ended up being 42 euros for fedex economy. I requested the shipping via regular mail for 27 euros and paid this amount but they ended up shipping it via fedex economy for 27 euros. They're obviously price gouging on the shipping cost. It's best to use the shipping calculator on the main page for an accurate shipping fee.
3) All fees should be quoted beforehand and therefore there's no surprise fees which end up increasing the final cost by 50% or more. This is known as bait and switch or bait advertising. And illegal!!!

Great service!
First time using Shopgolic, as needed to buy something in Italy but the seller didn't ship to UK.
Package was marked as received the same day it was delivered and after paying was dispatched the next day.
Received in UK over weekend within 3 working days.
Good price, quick service, will definitely be using again!

One parcel is stuck for over 40 days with some dumb reason "on hold, user verification". The problem is they don't even read email or reply via chat. Unrecommended "Gods of Verifications".
ps. I sent you all the invoices and documents immediately. However it took over 30 days for this "pro company" to read them. Shame on you and your pointless justifications.
It took over 60 days in total to receive my parcel without delays on my part.

Currently I found out about shopogolic I said let's give it a try but here we go.
- slow customer support care
They answered me fast only at the begin when I've asked some details but now when I meet the issues not any signs.
I have 2 parcels that have to be sent to me. currently the status of them are Label created for over a week.
I just seen other reviews about the packages getting stolen and now I am very aware I did fall into a scam.
I will update how the situation goes.

I had a good experience overall. Whenever I had questions, the customer service was very fast and helpful. The only downside is that it can be a bit expensive (around €25 for international shipping), but the service is 100% safe and reliable.

I have worked with other parcel forwarders. My first experience with Shopogolic is by far the worst. Shipping rates, chat system and status display are quite good but handling in warehouse and support is very bad. I wanted to forward a parcel from Poland to Germany. After payment was confirmed it took 3 weeks and 10 complaints by email and chat before it was forwarded. After 6 days I contacted support first time. Status changed to "shipped" but tracking showed that it was not handed to courier. I assumed that it was lost or stolen - but it must simply have been lying around in warehouse in Poland. Support replied just once a day and the replies were mostly just delaying. They normally ignore the chat history of a complaint, you have to tell the whole story over and over again.
But the story has a happy ending, the parcel was finally shipped and arrived well. Shopogolic parcel no. is 296836, maybe it helps.
