I use Shopogolic quite often, mostly for parcels from the US and Poland, and I’ve never had any problems with them. There was a small delay (2 days) once, but 99% they’re always on top of everything.

I don’t usually write reviews but this company is so bad that I created an account and wish I could give it a 0 stars. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ignore the other bad ratings thinking it wouldn’t happen to me but it did. All these bad reviews are more than accurate.
I had a huge package coming to their Germany warehouse (over 1000€ item) and it’s been sitting there for the past week. Their customer support is literally the worst I’ve experienced in any company ever and I’m not even overreacting. They take 1-2 days to give you a simple reply and ignore half of the message. You only get one single chat message a day from them so choose your questions wisely! They will also only reply to the first part of any big messages or multiple questions so keep that in mind when asking for help.
After a huge discussion on how I could forward the package to my home address, they ask for my order number *again* as if we haven’t been speaking about this package for a week. Two days later I finally get a reply and they proceed to tell me the package has already arrived and it’s in my personal cabinet which I KNOW already — that’s the entire reason why I’m even reaching out!
Not sure if they’re full on bots or humans who don’t seem to care enough to actually read the context of the conversation. I have also emailed twice with zero response back. Now I have a 1000€+ package sitting in their warehouse and can’t do anything about it because their customer support is nonexistent at this point. Might take me another week or more to have a full 5 message conversation with them if I’m lucky.
Please find another company to ship / forward your items if you can. Do yourself a favor and trust the bad reviews. Don’t get tricked by how organized their website looks.
UPDATE:
It's not July 11th and my package is still stuck there. Since they're so slow to reply to messages, is not impossible for me to even return the chair. And of course, no help from Shopogolic. Not sure what will happen to my package now.

I have already sent from this service more than 20 parcel from England, Germany and Spain to my country. The price is good, lots of useful things like cooperation of parcels woks free without service commission. Customer service usually respond fast if u have additional questions. The parcels were delayed only twice due to high load during seasons sales. The total opinion - I can highly recommend this service 👌🏻

Very slow shipping forwarding and expensive for the poor service offered.
It can take 2-3 weeks, when you are lucky, to receive a parcel in France from Poland... by FedEx. A joke.
In fact, as they never mention, all parcels from Poland are shipped from Germany warehouse, so they organize transfer. Of course, it is not daily organised but rather weekly... or longer. So don't expect fast shipping. After two weeks waiting, still not yet handled to FedEx, so open a support ticket. Very poor reply. After three days, open again a ticket. Exactly the same issue. SO ALWAYS USE PAYPAL FOR BUYING SERVICE FEE. And the BEST, avoid them, find a better service.
Sometimes, when they receive the parcels, they take pictures, sometimes not. Very random... But always very fast to packup and collect money.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Shopogolic was so infuriating and utterly unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others. This is not just poor service — this is deliberate negligence and incompetence masquerading as a business.
I requested a package pickup through their service, provided every single detail they needed — including the tracking info and even a screenshot from the courier’s website clearly showing that the shipment had arrived and was ready for pickup. It was all laid out, black and white. Despite this, Shopogolic repeatedly claimed that no package had been received. No explanation. No resolution. Just denial, as if the facts don’t matter to them.
What followed was an absolute communication breakdown. I contacted them multiple times — radio silence. Days would pass before I’d get a half-baked, copy-pasted reply, and even then, it was clear they hadn’t read or understood any of the information I’d already provided. We’re talking two-day response times during active business hours, while my shipment sat unclaimed and potentially at risk.
It’s shocking how unbothered they are by their own screw-ups. Their customer service is not just slow — it’s nonexistent. Either they are massively understaffed, totally untrained, or they simply don’t care.
Let me be clear: Shopogolic had one job. I did everything right on my end. I spoon-fed them the proof and still ended up in a Kafkaesque loop of denials and delays. It’s been days, and I’m still chasing answers.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s disrespect. Disrespect for your time, your money, and your trust. If this is how they treat paying customers, I dread to think how they handle lost or damaged parcels.

Smooth process to buy items. Shopogolic is very reliable. For "one of a kind" items, the reaction time to purchase the item could be a bit faster, because otherwise it might be purchased by someone else.

This is one of the worst worst worst company you should use for this kind of service , as there is no customer care and they are not even able to contact their Warehose to resolve the issue for twenty days ,the problem is i cannot able to share any of my conversation here , if i would i will share all the frustruation over here , i have been chasing this incapability customer service and the lady from Warehouse in Poland omG what kind of frustuartion they are making you know .
guys dont fell for the fancy website , if you click suport the PAGE 403 NOt found will come and you dont even have any one to talk at their customer care , i cannot control myself expressing the feeling how i have been currently facing issue with this company and my parcel is still with them , i am going legal on this

I never had this worst service with any supplier in Europe , they are one of the worst customer service which i see in my life where they dont have any idea or any status of what is happening and also they ask you to create the Order for intimating them for receiving material and then they themself create their own order and it will be fully consufed becuaseyou dont get any document clarity

Poor customer service. Unavailable during business hours US time, due to time difference. Responses are vague and short, basically buying time and outright laziness. Order was placed over two months ago and still not received. Tracking number issued two weeks ago but website shows “no information available,” for that tracking number. No number to call to speak to customer service.

As one reviewer here on Trustpilot below outlined 'they steal your packages & sell the contents on ebay'. I agree.
Long story short in my case,
No parcel, even though it states on tracking that it was delivered to their warehouse.
I had filled in the arrival details & code on the Shopogolic website.
Sporadic contact with 'customer service' for months which is not a service, is non sensical & has sent me two false links for DHL & for FED EX. Basically time wasting & doing nothing.
Crooks & thieves, I will pass this case on to my lawyer.

Reliable service for consolidation of purchases in Germany and then shipped to UK. Always well packed. Fedex delivery service varies, can be 7 days up to 30 days.

First of all where do i even start. At first they let you ship out your 2-3 products with no issues so you trust them then after you get more products in their warehouse you would get hit with "hold user verification" and what's hilarious about that. This only happens once you pay the shipping of the parcel *when they take your money* how odd right? No problem. I verify the first time they ask for bank statement ID invoice. Then i'd ship a lot of orders to their warehouses. While support told me this "verification" process happens only once. 5 parcels in they put hold on all my 5 parcels while taking over 120 dollars worth of shipping fees no problems so far i send them all the documents they needed and they even contacted the store i bought the products from and they told them everything is OK from their side and they cleared everything then shopogolic completly CUTS communication with me refuses to cooperate in emails nor live chat basically they took my money (shipping money) and now they hold all my orders in their warehouses without no answer SCAMMERS it will be last the last time i use this service
I will only change this review once if they reply and solve my problem
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT HEADACHE ANYWAYS
EDIT: Replying to their response they haven’t told me this in no email no live chat if there really was a document missing why don’t you say it in email/live chat ? But i only get ghosted and now received this generic response here so they save face i dare you to tell me which document was missing i provided invoices/bank statements needed and my packages are still on hold i have resent them all the documents they need AGAIN and still no reply as usual
EDIT 2: After resending all documents again i have been contacted by live support saying that the managment has lifted the hold i will edit the stars later when my packages do end up getting shipped

I didn't know this service existed and as a first time user it was easy and straight forward. A huge help for me to get the necessary products. Highly recommend this service if the supplier doesn't ship goods out of country or to your home country,

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DELIVERY SERVICE 1) My packages were not delivered with a total value of $180 (INCLUDING SHIPPING), about 5 packages. 2) They do not respond to messages, and if they do, then once a week 3) They are constantly busy for someone like me. 4) There is no smartphone application to see all my messages! 5) THEY DID NOT COMPENSATE ALL MY COSTS. I do not recommend!!!!!!
