No delivery after 24 days. No response to 3 emails, telephone number doesn't work, gave up and asked my bank to recall payment. Avoid at all costs.

Sad;ly have also been scammed by these theieves- delivery promised - tracking number given etc - checked out ok first then no record of associated with tracking number - BEWARE - police will now be informed.

I bought a condenser drier 7kg for £146 pounds. I got a confirmation email straight afterwards from “Leah Norcross” stating my delivery would be 12/10/25 however, I’ve tried calling the number and it doesn’t exist. The email address I’m being ignored too. Do not buy.

Shopping14.com. The money was withdrawn from my bank account. Today is October 10, 2025, and I still haven't received the product. It's also UK Sales 14. I called and emailed the Direct Express company they gave me the tracking number for, but no one answered. Their contact numbers don't work either. I don't know what to do. I'll wait today. If the product doesn't arrive, I'll contact my bank. I'm thinking of complaining about the site because I think I've been scammed.

Please please please do not use this site. Shopping14.com is a scam and unfortunately for me I didn't read the reviews before ordering a tumble dryer off them. They told me it would take up to 14 days for delivery. On the 14th day I emailed them and was told they'd deliver it on the 8th about a week later because of a back log. After more emails yesterday I finally asked for a refund and I've been ignored by them since. There's no working phone number to call them on. I dealt with someone called leah norcross who im not even sure actually exists. My bank is investigating them for fraud to get my money back. So please save your money and buy from a more reputable company with good honest reviews

All the positive feedback is left by the people that are scamming you don't buy from this site, getting in touch to report the registered address for the building company that is selling this shit to hmrc

I ordered a condense tumble dryer did not receive it, this is a scam please be careful. They told me id receive it within 7 to 14 days then they told me id receive it by the 8th when I ordered it on the 19th September then tried to call number which is not a number, then they told me id get refund in 2 working days. So will see if they do but not building my hopes up and contacted my bank xx
