The watch is of excellent quality, I especially like the fact that it was made in Japan. The promptness of the dispatchment, plus I was always updated via sms by DHL on the progress of the delivery. Plus a touch of class by Shopping in Japan Net I received a Gift Certificate voucher.

While the delivery was successful, the experience was slightly less convenient than with other carriers like DHL. With DHL, I usually receive a link to pay customs duties and taxes online in advance. This allows for a contactless and seamless delivery.

In this case, the courier arrived without prior notice, requiring payment in cash at the door. Fortunately, I had the cash ready, but for many customers, this can be an unexpected inconvenience.
