CRAP SERVICE
Ordered an xbox controller and it now broke and turns out the warranty of the controller expired in 2023 even though it was ordered in November 2024. Would like a replacement

Not totally happy with function

Broken item delivered and no way to contact company!
Item delivered on time however it is not brand new. A key component was damaged and it was clearly a repackaged item.
No response to any emails sent
Website has a non functioning live chat
The phone number on the website is never answered
£300 spent to receive a faulty item and no way to contact this company !!

A speedy delivery…
I was advised delivery would be up to 5 days and was a little worried as it was a birthday gift but thankfully it came within 3 days So really pleased with a speedy delivery Plus the driver rang to make sure I was home and said he would be with me in next 5 minutes !
