Company is very much legit. However, they raised their prices significantly this year and I didn't receive any warning about the raised prices. Furthermore they say they give a heads up email before a renewal but I have never received one - I just find out after my cc has been charged.

My personal experience with REMI has been horrible. They will NOT respect any cancellation emails. I tried 6 months ago, and I tried again today - now they claim "There's a $40 fee to cancel your subscription" - Really? That was never in the terms when I signed up, so you just decided to randomly add that? Don't bother calling. No one will pick up. If you email them, they just try to divert you to pausing your subscription instead of cancelling. I would strongly advise anyone considering REMI to search elsewhere. Any company that relies on subscription tactics, hoping people wont/cant cancel clearly isnt in the business of making products they stand behind so much as they are in the business of gimmicks (again, in my personal opinion)

This company is the worst. They say they will cancel your subscription, but only after you pay them $$ to do so, then 6 months later you find out they never canceled it in the first place. Worst company morals I’ve ever seen. Completely unethical. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

I have been pleased and impressed with my Remi custom night guards. Some of the benefits in my opinion are, guards that are custom fit, assuring comfort; they are thin yet durable; easy auto replacement at an interval you can choose (recommended every ~6 months); and a reasonable price, in contrast to a previous company I'd worked with. Making the initial impressions took a couple tries, however, customer service is Very responsive and helpful (I've reached out via email and live chat as needed). I am grinding less, sleeping well, and grateful to maintain oral/ dental health without hassle.

After I purchased my first night guard through the dentist for a cost of nearly $400, I immediately began searching for a less expensive, but equally effective alternative. Enter Remi. I found that Remi offers the same high quality product at a fraction of the cost. Their customer service is impeccable too. They ship you a professional impression kit with detailed instructions (it's really very simple to complete), you ship the impressions back to them (shipping is included in the cost) and they ship you custom made night guards to your home. If there are any issues they quickly take care of them at no extra expense. There are also options you choose for thickness of the trays as well as whether you desire an upper & lower tray, two upper trays, or two lower trays. It really is much more flexible than what the dentist offers and so much less expensive. Remi customer service reps are very good at communicating via email with answering questions or tackling any other issues that may arise during the process. Highly recommend Remi!

I purchased from Remi about 4 months ago. I am already have pain in my mouth because the Remi product has minimal durability. I feel like I wasted my money. (And my time because the process of getting the product from them took a very long time)

Initially I was so excited to find night guards that were cheap and actually fit! However, know you can never get out of this subscription. I had emailed after my initial renewal to cancel, canceling isn’t an option but you can pause the subscription. So I did that. Then after 6 months the pause stopped and auto renewal resumed. Do not use this company, you will never be able to get out of your subscription.

In spite of 5 emails to cancel, they keep sending me more guards. Credit card disputes fixed it but don't think you can cancel, ever! They publish fake reviews accordin to trust pilot. Wish I never worked with them. Avoid!

I did the impressions wrong ....the zoom techs were very patient with me. The 3rd time finally worked.... might be because the right upper had like 3 molar bridge that was smaller than the left side of my mouth. Also the right lower molars are gone n I grind badly..anyways the last zoom
tech gal stayed with me all the way to the end she helped me so very very much n I appreciate all their efforts for me I'm anxious to get my first nightuard soon...ty

The night guards are fine. The problems arise if you want to change your order. For example, I had some dental work on my upper teeth and could not use the top guard anymore. I requested to change to two bottom guards for future orders but they continued to send me the wrong set. I then created a second account with different email and got set up with two bottom guards as I wanted but somehow they combined the two accounts and reverted to the old top and bottom set for my next order. Then I tried to get my subscription canceled and my account deleted and they keep refusing to do as I ask. They have my credit card on file and I can’t go in and remove it from my account or delete my account myself. This company is a scam. Don’t order from them they are awful to work with and I have emailed them dozens of times and the most they have offered to do is temporarily pause my subscription in spite of my clear requests to cancel and delete. Buyer beware!
Update: after reaching out to the BBB, the company agreed to cancel my subscription and delete my account. However, they then sent me multiple attempts to give discounts and other incentives to remain and continued to keep my account active. Finally, after several emails back and forth, they finally cancelled my subscription but my account remains active on their website. I don’t know if they’re incapable of deleting it or just unwilling but I will continue to write reviews and warn people until they correct this issue.

I ordered night guards on August 9. It's now November 5 and still nothing. At one point they talked me into paying extra for expedited service, which was supposed to happen in 4 business days. I asked for a refund on the expedited service when it went way over the stated time, but I have yet to receive it. Customer service rarely responds, until I threaten to pursue it with my credit card company, at which point they send a blanket apology and say they're still working on it, with no details or follow up. At this point I am pretty sure this is a fraudulent company, and I'm ready to dispute the transaction with my credit card.
Edit: after asking for an order update, they (finally) responded by canceling my order completely. They did refund me finally for the rush processing as well as the night guard, but they also wasted 3 months of my time and I had to email them many, many times before they responded with even this action. I would not recommend ever doing business with this company.
(Also, be careful because a lot of the good reviews on here seem fake. People posting very generic, short reviews multiple times...I wouldn't be surprised if in practice most customers have negative experiences.)
Edit 2: now they are claiming that the order cancelation was a "mistake" and are begging me to let them charge my credit card again, claiming they will add rush processing to the order for free. The problem is I already paid once for rush processing and still don't have the night guards 3 months later! Why should I believe this time it will actually be rushed? This company is wildly unprofessional and should not be trusted with your business.
Edit 3: A few months later, they tried to charge my credit card to "renew" the order I canceled after they never sent it. The card number had changed in the interim, so thankfully the charge didn't go through. But they did email me about how they weren't able to process my payment and I needed to update the card. These folks are WILD. At this point I fully doubt any positive reviews on this site, because seriously every interaction I've had with this company suggests they're just trying to scam as much of my money as possible. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered two different products (a night guard and a retainer) on one order from Remi. I was suspicious that they would not get my order correct when they sent me just one impression kit. When I enquired, they told me not to worry, I would get both products. When I finally received the shipment (seven weeks after placing the original order), they shipped only one product. Their customer service rep said they would expedite the missing retainer, but their definition of expedited is two weeks. Not what I expect for a service recovery.
The night guard seems to be of decent quality, but plan on waiting almost two months to receive it.
