misleading sizing charts, impossible return, avoid
ordered a shirt using the size chart on their website, but when it arrived it was far too big and poor quality. when I contacted customer service they told me the size chart was “quite accurate” and refused to offer a refund. The only options they gave me was keep it and get a discount on my next order or to exchange it by shipping it all the way to Australia which is obviously done to make returns so inconvenient that most people won’t bother. Terrible experience overall, poor customer service and would not recommend to anyone

Regarding returns, our business is based in Australia, which is why returns are processed here. This is not done to make things inconvenient, but simply because we are unable to process returns in countries where we are not physically located. We understand that international returns can be costly, which is why we offer an alternative: if you’d prefer not to return the item, we’re happy to provide a discount on your next order as a gesture of goodwill.
Our customer support team provided you with both of these options accurately. Which was either return the shirt for an exchange, or accept a discount on your next purchase if returning isn’t ideal.

The website has a really big variety of shirts, from retro to recent to special. The service was really good, delivery was about 10 days but I wasn’t in a rush to get the shirt. I will be placing another order soon as the Inter Milan shirt I ordered is fantastic!

This is now my go to place to buy kits! Such a great experience, the Instagram admin is amazing and very helpful. Also the quality of shirt is top notch, for US fans I would size up for loose fit, but other than that simply amazing. I wouldn't waste your time with other sellers, give your money to ShirtPlugs!

Way better then expected!
Saw the company on my instagram and my eyes came on a wonderful Inter 2009/2010 shirt. I thought well let's give it a try, never heard of them but was worth a risk for €50. I expected a delivery of three weeks after I read the reviews, but my delivery was easily within two weeks deliverd. The quality of the shirt is great and I definitely didn't expect the printing to be this good. Would recommend to anyone!

Saw The Shirt Plugs advertised on Instagram. Website looked professional but hadn't heard of them before so went off the positive reviews. Order was confirmed and received update it was being shipped around 9 working days later. Shirt is great quality and will order again. As with a previous review I would perhaps recommend ordering a size larger than usual for extra comfort but very happy with the order.

I couldn't be happier with my shirts, I ordered 5 and utilised their "buy 3 shirts and receive a free wind breaker" deal and it was great value.
They order arrived quickly, safely packaged and they all fit exactly how I wanted.
I'm already looking at the next shirts to purchase and have friends interested in getting some too after seeing mine.
