Reporting for my mom. She ordered a bag, FedEx delivered an empty box. She reported it immediately to Klarna and ShopShopsLive and no one has been able to help her. They stated that FedEx said they delivered the package so her claim has no grounds. Yes, they delivered a package with only packing peanuts inside. They won’t investigate further and want her to pay for an empty box. She filed a police report and sent it to them and that was not enough for them. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS APP. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. ZERO HELP. They will not protect you from scammers and from people that steal in the postal service. I’m filing a claim with the Federal Better Business Bureau because this is ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Worst customer service! I’ve been a loyal customer however recently was sent clearly the wrong item and reached out to their customer service thru email . Mind you they don’t have a phone number so that’s another hassle as you have to wait for them to reply to your emails. Ive been waiting for my refund or the correct item to be shipped for almost a month now, everytime they reply it’s one and the same line SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE,WILL REACH OUT TO THE SHOP “ every f’cking time. My experience with ShopShops started off great. Most of the items I ordered were delivered as expected, and for the few that weren’t, I received timely refunds. Customer service was responsive and helpful—until recently.
In April, I ordered an item specifically for a funeral. I received notification that the item was delivered just before I was leaving for the airport. To my shock, when I stepped outside to retrieve it, the package was nowhere to be found. I checked my Ring camera—no motion alerts, no deliveries recorded. After refreshing the FedEx tracking page several times, I saw the "proof of delivery" photo—unsurprisingly, it wasn’t my porch.
I immediately contacted FedEx. They were able to retrieve the package but instead of redelivering it to me, they returned it to ShopShops. That’s when the real issue began. It’s now June 23rd, and I’m still fighting for a refund. ShopShops refuses to file a claim with FedEx on my behalf and won’t provide me with a “Claim Filing Waiver,” which FedEx requires for the recipient to open a claim.
It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to go through all of this over a single order. But in a way, I’m glad it happened with a relatively inexpensive item rather than something like a $5,000 bag. This experience opened my eyes to what I now see as a deeply flawed business practice. Regardless of the outcome, ShopShops has lost a customer.

Where do I start??? First of all, my experience with shopshops until June 3rd had been great. I purchased a backpack from seller EEsme Luxury Store on April 27 that took way too long to be delivered. Upon receipt, I noticed the bag had many flaws that were not disclosed during the Live. Reached out to shopshops for assistance and they sent me a return shipping label. The bag was returned on June 3rd and to date (June 20th), I have not received my refund of $1012.47. I have gotten mixed messages from both the seller and shopshops, each blaming the other. Seller has since stopped responding to my messages and so has shopshops. Some of the responses received have been “seller’s account is insufficient, we have asked them to recharge their account.” Seller states they processed the refund and it’s up to shopshops. In any event, I am out of a bag and $1012.47. My refund is still “pending”. I need my refund! Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. Order number 2504280017127369.
UPDATE: refund has been finally issued (today).

I have been a longtime customer and I always find a good deals on designer items specially with Mumu, also good deals and discounted items on new clothes, shoes and accessories. Had a few issues but always get resolved as soon as you inform/contact the customer service. Shipping is a little bit longer since it’s international and it’s understandable. Will continue to buy from ShopShops

Although I have had bad experiences with some sellers (failing to disclose a callout, repainted bags, damaged goods due to packaging) in this app, Nemo has been so helpful and responsive. You just have to be very careful and make sure you only buy from reputable sellers, ask A LOT of questions before purchasing and inspect the item when it arrives asap. I’m satisfied with customer service so far!

The sellers are extremely shady and shop shops takes no liability for it. They are not accurately disclosing the bags are being painted or the condition of the bags. Sometimes even selling fake bags and allowing the sellers to sell the item. The Chinese market is very shady.
