Bought Microsoft software keys from them. The description mentioned it was lifetime access. Microsoft office worked for 6 months and then suddenly stopped working. Got scammed into thinking it was lifetime software access for Microsoft. Called Microsoft and they told me that they never sell any software to any company with lifetime access. Do not buy from this company. STAY AWAY. BUYER BEWARE. SCAM ALERT.

I have purchased the license key as an accounting tool from this company. The instruction was complicated a bit but very detailed. I was able to manage and complete my installation successfully!
I believe "Shop Software Keys" is reliable company to deal with.

They sold me a lifetime license to QuickBooks Pro 2024. Could not activate the product. Contacted QuickBooks support. They told me this was a SCAM!!
They said nobody else has the right to sell QuickBooks software licenses. Plus, this product is no longer sold or supported. Impossible to activate!

I had trouble installing windows 11. Support was fast. I had the problem taken care of quickly. I have no complaints.

Asked for a return of an unused/unopened disc and was given an address for the return. I was told it was an accurate address when I questioned it being different from the return address on the envelope. I sent it out on 6/11, and it was returned on 6/20 with a label from USPS affixed that read " Return to Sender...Attempted-Not Known...Unable to Forward ". Proceed with caution in dealing with Shop Software Keys, as it appears they are problematic and questionable in their business practices.

Zero stars if possible...it’s a scam. They take your money and send you faulty keys.

Instructions:
Download the Office 2021 Professional Plus .ISO File
Windows 10 and later versions usually allow you to mount .ISO files directly by double-clicking the file. If this doesn't work, you can use third-party software like WinCDEmu or Virtual CloneDrive

Open the mounted virtual drive or folder containing the .ISO file. You should see the Office installation files.
Double-click on "Setup.exe" to start the installation process

You will be prompted to enter your Office 2021 Professional Plus product key. Enter it accurately and click "Next."

Office 2021 Professional Plus will now be installed on your computer. The installation time may vary depending on your system's performance.

I got a blank usb drive for $50.

They sold me an Adobe Acrobat lifetime license on April 3rd. On May 21st I get an alert from Adobe saying my account has been deactivated due to an invalid serial number. I then contact adobe to see what's going on and they tell me this is not an authorized product key, softwarekeys.com is not an authorized vendor, and Adobe doesn't even offer lifetime licenses for their products anymore. I then contact softwarekeys.com via chat on their website demanding a refund and they tell me we're outside the 30 day refund window and end the chat immediately. They straight up just ripped me off $132.

False advertising? Fraud? Theft? You be the judge.

This site is a SCAM. I oedered MS Word and the download after I paid does not work. They are BOGUS.
BEWARE

I order Microsoft Windows 11 Home 64-bit USB - Box Pack - 1 License from shopsoftwarekeys.com. My product came in on a USB that looks nothing like the picture on there site with one piece of paper with direction on how to install. The activation code came on my email and it’s not a real license. I didn’t want to try it so I want to return it. I emailed shopsoftwarekeys and called there phone # and no response. I thought I try this site to save money but I guess I should buy it from a store.

They charged my credit card and provided me a false software key. I contacted Adobe and they checked the key and said it was incorrect. I contacted shopsoftwarekeys.com, but they never replied back to my email and they do not ever answer the phone.

This company is completely fraudulent and unsurprisingly racist. I reached out to request a refund and received no response. Finally after using the chat option in the site, they claimed I would need to wait to receive the item and then return it. I informed them the order should’ve never been sent and I had sent emails and left voicemails on their fraudulent customer service line. I asked why could the package not be rerouted back to the warehouse as done with most companies and the got very rude and unprofessional. The chat agent then said my name and stated “I bet you’re black” & “go back to where you came from” which is beyond juvenile and plain idiotic. I will be reporting them to the FTC and starting a class action for anyone who would like to join.

Fake Company. Sold us FRAUDULENT Adobe Acrobat Pro Keys. Sent a link to download an illegally cracked copy of Adobe with a virus. Refused to send a refund and refused to assist. I knew this company was selling products at too good-to-be-true prices! We paid $500 for 4 Adobe Acrobat Pro Keys when normally one is $535.

I placed an order for Adobe Acrobat 2020 Pro. I never received the key code. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times and have not had any response. I guess I will have to reach out to my bank to retrieve my money back. This is a horrible company, and I suggest to anyone considering ordering from them NOT.

Ordered Office: Home and Student which was for Mac or PC. They sent a key for Office Professional for PC instead, which is totally useless for my Mac. Have not responded to chat, email or voicemail I left. Looks to be totally fraudulent.

I wished I would have read this reviews before I made the purchase. Bought a software that couldn’t installed. Contacted them multiple times through email, called them multiple times and leaving messages to no avail. DON’T waist your money and time. RUN away from this crooks

Am thrilled to buy from them. Also, I got a free upgrade to Microsoft Office Pro because they were out of Office, Home, Student 2021. The wholesale price works for me. Thanks.

SCAM ALERT! This company is fraudulent. They bait and switched me with a different product than what I purchased. My multiple attempts to call and e-mail were never returned and there was no option for a refund or return.

I ordered MSOffice 2021 Student/Home version for my MAC - they sent my a link to download a PC version but, nothing for MAC. Contacted them via Chat and was advised they would resend correct link and activation code for Mac within 2 hours NEVER CAME.
Tried calling numerous times, left detailed messages - no return call. Emailed themmultiple times asking for help and fully explaining my situation - no replies. When I attempt to get them to help via chat, they ignore me.

RUN from these folks as fast as you can - once they have your money they ignore any correspondence and attempts to contact them
