Initially I was worried because the Royal Mail tracking number was not showing any progress for a couple of weeks. Eventually it did change. The customer service was very helpfull, and when the product did arrive it was just as described and fit for purpose. It turned out that if they do not have enough stock, they do import and that was what caused the delay.
Delivery Time
Ordered speaker from this company. It is now 2 weeks and still not arrived. No tracking number just a screen shot sent from 'Megan' to let me know it was on the way. My advice to all, buy from Amazon if they stock the product and get it in a couple of days. Will never deal with this outfit again.
Excellent service
Unfortunately I had a problem with my bluetooth speaker. I contacted Shopsta and Megan was ready to help. Great service and Megan made sure I had a replacement speaker in time for my holiday. Thanks Megan :)

Wrong product delivered, requested a refund and they stopped responding
Reading through other reviews, only ‘seems’ to be a lady called Megan who replies, she replied to me too, suspect ‘Megan’ replies to everyone and it’s just a email name not actually Megan replying, if it is she must be the most overworked person there!
Had a further reply from ‘Megan’ since posting my initial review asking to confirm if I want a refund, I’ve asked for a refund in the last three responses to ‘ Megan’ unfortunately seems like a further delay tactic

Still waiting for the item.
Now have my doubts that the review site of headphones was genuine…suspicious that the product purchased (and not yet delivered) was being promoted to garner sales.
Disappointed.
Should have stuck with Amazon.

I wasn't here this was coming from overseas.. and there was a delay on delivery. Although, Megan did her best to turn the situation around and to make me a happy customers.

Just cannot get hold of anyone. Tried and tried. Didn't know it was coming from China. If I don't get my package this week we'll let's just say I'm glad I used PayPal. I'll get my headphones asap or I'll get a refund. Edit and if that's all true then why would I complain? I'm not a sadist just a customer that chose ur company to deal with over every1 else so don't come on here and make stuff up. And if u think I'm changing this now u can forget it. I leave honest reviews every time on trustpilot go look. So don't come at me making stuff up.

Shopsta sell some really good products, which are competitive and good quality
However their Website makes absolutely no mention that when you pay over your money, they are going to order from China, which clearly is going to take time to get to UK, a bit of honesty would be refreshing. The shopsta owner is shy and cannot be contacted, their tracking system is terrible and tells you nothing of any value, i was so unimpressed with their awful processes that i became suspicious and got my Credit Card company to dispute the payment, which they have done, Customer Service basically tell you nothing, be carefull, dishonest Company, although to be fair, decent products, poor Management, what a shame for a new business

Had an amazing experience with shopsta got a pair of head phones last July (2022) the power button had broken I contacted shopsta and Megan gray replied with great advice I sent a short clip of my issues with the head phones and Megan arranges for a new pair to be sent out. I ordered a headset
I ordered a headset. Came fast and on time. Used it but there was something wrong with the speaker.
I contacted the company via email, a women called Megan handled my case quick and swiftly. Told me what to do and sorted everything out for me. The fault got sorted out very quick. Didn’t need to wait long at all. Very happy with how this company handled me. Respect, easy and fast communication/response. Just like it’s meant to be.
Sadly the replacement they sent me is faulty aswell. Still waiting for a refund…. ;(

I didn’t have to jump through ridiculous hoops.
They sorted out my problem straight away.
A replacement item was despatched within days.
I am a very relieved and grateful customer and would recommend their customer service to anyone.

I emailed Shopsta, Concerning my blue tooth headphones, which wouldn't charge, which I bought last August. Megan Grey was great in helping me out and did it promptly. The new pair are in the post which I'm getting tomorrow.

I had an issue with a pair of headphones I had bought from the site, so emailed their customer services- the customer service I received from Megan Gray was second to none, personal, polite and she answered all my queries! Barely a day after I emailed she had responded and confirmed I would be able to receive a replacement pair and everything was sorted out quickly and efficiently- I would recommend this site to anybody looking for electronic equipment. Thank you again Megan :)

Super helpful support! After losing my drone soon after purchase I inquired to understand if there was anything Shopsta could do. They replied immediately and informed me they had a return of the same product available for a small fee of £7.99 that they could send out to me. Saved the day!
not what was expected of so called great customer service
ordered drone on the the 15th of January 2023 delivery was supposed to be over a week ago, emailed them on the 26th still no reply, time someone pulled their finger out, maybe all the reviews on here are not what they seem. foot note, i was offered 10 euros refund owing to the late delivery of the item, whether it was 10 or 110 is of little consequence to me, not in need of 10 or 110, was in need of company that could fulfil their promise to deliver on time, lady is doing her job as PR rep pity rest of company cant do theirs, and no i wont remove truth of the matter, even if i was offered 100.000 think that sums the company up.

I was sent some noise-cancelling headphones as a birthday present.
They did not work so I contacted Customer Services on a Saturday not expecting any reaction at the weekend. Megan replied almost immediately and led me through the return process so that I could post them with a pre-paid label on the Monday. Reading other reviews it is clear that Megan is the star of the show - deservedly !
Exceptional Headphones and Customer Support!
Bought my headphones from Shopsta about 10 months ago, so impressed all this time but one of the earpad covers came loose. I sent a photo to Megan at Shopsta Support and she immediately sourced a replacement pair no questions asked! They arrived 5 days later and once again these are exceptional quality phones, matched by the exceptional customer service! Highly recommended. Best quality headphones I ever bought, easily out performs even high end brand names!
