Excellent customer service
Excellent support from customer service when trying to claim a pair of headphones under warranty. Megan was friendly and very helpful, and a replacement pair should be on its way.
Great after sales service!
My original order went without incident, but where Shopsta shined was on their customer service afterwards. Our speaker stopped charging a few months after purchase, and Megan was prompt, friendly and very helpful in getting us a replacement. It's always a bit nerve wracking buying from a lesser known store - especially when you have no idea how they will handle problems down the road, but we have been very impressed. I won't hesitate to buy from Shopsta in the future.

Purchased a headset 11 months ago which recently stopped working.Contacted Megan at customer support who was very helpful,Offered me a replacement which I was more than happy with.After a few messages and a video of proof the item was dispatched.
I would highly recommend this site to all and I will be using again in the future🙂.

Item was never received. After multiple attempts I eventually got a reply to let me know the item was more than likely lost in transit. The item was overdue just short of two weeks (I think that was more than enough time to sort this) and that is when I was notified this was probably the case. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!

I bought some headphones for my son...
I bought some headphones for my son last Christmas but the headband recently snapped. Thinking I'd just end up buying a new pair, I emailed Shopsta to see if there was any guarantee or anything that they could do. They were extremely helpful, asked me for a video of the damage and requested a replacement from the manufacturer. We are now waiting to receive the new set! Megan at Shopsta was really helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Great customer service!! Thank you.

I had an issue with an electrical product, so I contacted customer services via email. The company responded in a timely manner and solved my issue straight away. Megan was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond for me. I will definitely be purchasing again and recommending the company to family and friends. Overall, a great experience.

I had another occasion to enquire about an issue I had with the product I bought from Shopsta a while ago. This was somewhat reluctantly as it was on the face of it of little consequence or importance. Half expecting either to be ignored or delayed their agent Megan replied within an hour or so of my enquiry. It was again handled as if I was sitting in their office instead of with the anonymity of email. This again reinforced my belief that there are still old school companies out there that are committed to customer service on a face-to-face level. Again my thanks, one and all

Ordered a drone on 25th May. Looked like it was en route but then was not. Contacted them and they said they would send another. Then no further contact.
Very concerned it is a scam.

Not to be Trusted
I ordered some headphones and before they arrived (ten days later) I changed my mind and wished to return them. After some chasing they agreed to the return and sent me a PO box address for the return, although the process was convoluted. A company search shows they are a very small company trying to pretend they are big and complex.
The headphones were sent back to them by Royal Mail Special Delivery but when I chased over a week later they claimed their 'returns team' haven't yet marked the item as received. This seems to be just deliberate delay. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this site.

Ordered a speaker on the 23rd May which…
Ordered a speaker on the 23rd May which was supposed to be delivered in 3-7 days. I have now had a message that estimated delivery date is 16th June. Can’t you just be honest with customers and give them a realistic timescale for delivery? I am sure from other reviews that you do supply quality products but the service delivery seems to be a recurring issue
