Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. Do not purchase from them. Near scam of a company. I purchased a charging station that was posted from China (not the eu as led to believe), which meant to delivery time was completely missed as stated, and the goods when they arrived were extremely poor quality. The item itself doesn’t actually work and trying to return it is a nightmare, it would cost me just as much to send it back and I may or may not even be refunded. Do Not Shop here!!

Your order was shipped out on the 13th of December and took 7 working days to arrive (arrived 22nd) which did meet the delivery timeline. As for the quality of the item, we have not received any emails from you regarding any issue or request for returning the item. We process returns to our UK warehouse from Ireland. It's a shame that you didn't contact us to receive customer support for your issue. Please contact us, letting us know the issue and we'll still try to help.

Faulty

Ordered a remote control helicopter for my son for Christmas. Wasn’t aware it was coming from china but it came on time. The first flight was great as the batteries came fully charged and the product seemed worth the money. Don’t know if it is a copy though as the three batteries that came with it won’t fully charge since the first flight, no matter how long they are left charging. After hours of charging, the battery indicator doesn’t pass 50%, trying to fly from this amount isn’t working at all. Personally, I wouldn’t shop here again.

A seller to trust

Customer service was absolutely amazing! The product (headphones) are fantastic. Well made and sound awesome.
I was hesitant buying from an unfamiliar brand, but so glad I did, I'm a very happy customer!

Fooled into thinking this company was…

Fooled into thinking this company was in Cardiff. Nope, it's China.
Ordered a Christmas gift for my husband on December 11th. It's now January 3rd. STILL NO PARCEL. And they seem to have sent it twice. I have had a few replies to emails, but nothing solved the issue. They send you tracking information, which is absolutely useless, as it doesn't even state what country the package is 'supposed to be '. I have requested a refund 3 times now. I want my hard earned money back.
I will never order from them again. Shop local everyone!!

Megan and Shopsta exceeded my expectations!

My package arrived damaged, and I contacted Shopsta for help. Megan replied quickly and offered to send a new headset to replace the one that was a Christmas gift for my son that might not work. Her customer service was superior. She emailed me with daily updates on when the new headset would be shipped. Megan and Shopsta exceeded my expectations!

Faulty drone, great Shopsta support

I ordered a drone recently from shopsta which unfortunately arrived with one non-functioning rotor motor.
The Shopsta support staff (shout out to Megan and Alexa!) were absolutely brilliant and after provision of a video they immediately offered to refund or reship. I opted for the reship and at time of writing have received the new shipping details and I'm looking forward to a late Christmas present.

Dirty and marked item

I ordered a bag for my child for Christmas. It arrived in filthy inner packaging. The bag is marked and scuffed. It does not look like a new item.

It has been shipped from China. Please be aware of this in terms of your carbon footprint when ordering items from shopsta.

I have written regarding returning it and hoping for a smooth refund process.

Your order was delivered within 6 working days so it did arrive within the requested 3-7 working day delivery timeline. We work with many suppliers both in the UK and overseas and the shipping times are reflected at checkout. You won't need to return the item to us as we'll refund you based on the photo evidence. Lack of communication and bad service

Bought a drone from them on the 2nd December. As had not heard anything after a week I followed up with them as this was a Christmas present. I was told that the order had not been dispatched yet and would be tomorrow. A few days past and again no confirmation of my order been sent - it is now the 13th December! Without me asking my order was just cancelled and money returned - the explanation been that it would not be delivered in time for Christmas. They have a phone number that you call and has a message due to Covid we are only dealing with emails at the moment! Will not be using this company again.

Very good customer support

I purchased a product from Shopsta in early November. Due to customs clearance issues, the product took quite a long time to arrive. I was becoming increasingly anxious about this as time went on. However, what saved this experience for me was the very high level of customer support from Alexa and Megan throughout. I was in contact with them multiple times regarding the delays and they were always very responsive, helpful and polite. I was impressed with this high level of support - and grateful that the product have finally arrived!

Commander g series headset

I bought a headset for PS5 back in February of this year, unfortunately it started to have issues.

I messaged them about the issues, sent a short video and Megan from shopsta support was so helpful in arranging a replacement product to be sent out by 48 hour delivery.

She went the extra mile and was very helpful throughout the whole process. The customer service cannot be faulted.

I just wanted to say what a pleasure…

I just wanted to say what a pleasure this company was to deal with. From placing the order, through to an exchange of product, the communication was impeccable. I received my product but unfortunately the box was damaged, as I was gifting the product I wasn’t happy with its presentation, so contacted the Customer Service Team. My request for an exchange was dealt with immediately, sending new product out via tracked delivery and providing tracked delivery for my return. Megan, the Customer Service Agent I dealt with was nothing but outstanding. She was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to correct the situation at no hassle to myself. I cannot praise the Company and service I received highly enough. Definite 5 star review

Shopsta customer service

I would just like to thank Megan and the rest of the staff at shopsta for excellent customer service.

I bought a speaker that has stopped working, while the manufacturers are dragging their feet to send me a replacement, Megan has sent me a replacement while waiting for the manufacturers to respond.
