I bought some headphones from shopsta that arrived working but then just randomly stopped working after 2 months.
I emailed shopsta and they swiftly got in touch with the manufacure who asked for a 30 second viseo showing the issue and theyve now sent me a new pair free of charge.
Thanks for such great customer service its very refreshing.
I feel like nowdays customerservice is forgotten about. Not with you guys!
Amazing customer service!
Just had amazing customer service from Alexa at Shopsta customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and when it arrived I was left feeling gutted that my son’s birthday was only a few days away. My fault for ordering the wrong product I thought. Anyway, I messaged Shopsta and Alexa came to the rescue and helped to organise a rushed delivery on the correct product and helped me return the wrong product with NO FUSS. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH. They actually care about taking care of the customer which to me, can’t be beaten. Thank you Alexa!

I ordered Commander G Series - 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset for PC on September 10th for my son's birthday and have yet to receive them. I should have listened to my gut and not purchased from this company but these were the ones he wanted. I have contacted the company numerous times. The headphones are coming from China and their tracking shows it was transferred to USPS on September 28th. To date this is the message still in the USPS system: Label Created, not yet in system
A status update is not yet available on your Priority Mail® package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is given to USPS. Check back soon. I have repeatedly requested a full refund for my purchase which they have yet to provide. Their website says this regarding expected delivery : Country/Region & Estimated Shipping Times USA: 4-15 business days. It has been way past that time. I want full refund so I can buy my son headphones for his birthday which was on 9/28

Was sent some gaming headphones on unboxing one of the headphones was hanging off so pushed it back,when using my headphones i quickly found out they had been wired wrong with the left and right the wrong way round this means i had to wear them backwards and couldn't use the mic,shopsta wanted a video of this with a piece of paper to prove it they make you feel like its your fault,be wise and buy elsewhere with a company that does refunds too.

I had a little problem with some headphones but struggle with communication (I delayed a bit). Megan at Shopsta made it so easy for me. She was kind and understanding and got to work immediately. There was great communication from them regarding my replacement pair that were sent out without question.

So they fixed everything ended up refunding me my money they were pretty fast on responding. Two👍👆 for the costumer support and the management for shopsta
