They don't even deserve 1 star. I spend over $500 on 2 bundles & have a food warmer that has never charged up. It's useless as boobs on a bull. Their customer service before making your purchase is pretty good but as soon as they get your money your on your own. All I want now is my money back as I don't want to deal with them anymore. They claim to have sent emails but as I said before I purchased & reciept all came thru via email perfectly fine so where is the email??? I haven't changed my email in years let alone in the last few months.They won't even contact me via FB. Customer service stinks. I've now been waiting months with no correspondence at all.

Good product, if you have patience
Found a lot of mixed reviews but there wasn’t anything like this on the market so had a shot.
It pains me to say, this is a neat little product that has worked really well so far. Does what it is supposed to and is a really handy size. Bottles we have got straight into it and it hasn’t leaked and works really well.
The kicker is the service. We were sick of using a water bath to warm the bottles and so needed something relatively quickly. Coughed up for the “Express Delivery 2-3 Day” option. After 4 days, I followed up and was told that it hadn’t been dispatched from the warehouse and was likely to be sent in a few days. I asked for the express delivery charges to be refunded and they just came back that the 2-3 Days was from dispatch and they wouldn’t provide a refund. Managed to get it delivered 10 days after the order.
If you need it soonish, find another option. If you have time up your sleeve, it is a solid product.
UPDATE
To their credit, the customer service team got in touch following this review and offered to send out a free portable food warmer free of charge to make up for my bad experience.
While it doesn’t change the original review, it’s certainly a big step to acknowledge that things weren’t up to scratch and I must say, it seems like they are on the right track.
The bottle warmer itself has been excellent and a hugely helpful gadget.

Not impressed
Placed order and paid for express post, over a month has passed and I still do not have my order. Initial response from customer service was okay (not great) but now they don't respond at all. Good waste of $150.00 which is not something you want to do when you're a new mum who has obviously just had your income reduced and stressed out having to adjust to motherhood.

I love this product!
Can I just say that I see a lot of reviews about delivery and the product its self being bad but I personally LOVE this product. All though It took an extra week to get here (shipping situation definitely needs to be fixed) this product is an absolute must for me. It’s much better than the cherub baby, heats way quicker and I get 3 uses out of it before I need to charge it. Charger that came with it was faulty and only worked for 2 months but easily replaceable. With all that being said this product is genuinely so great once it arrives! Super easy to use as well!

I would urge caution before buying this product.
Despite the 3-8 day delivery promise it took one month to arrive. We got an Australia post tracking number but the package never left the warehouse and it required three emails to customer service to get it moving. The company clearly has limited stock- why does it advertise that it does have stock and even at discount?
We finally got the suckle and it is unreliable to the point of constant failure. It has worked once in three weeks. Despite constantly charging it, the battery is repeatedly dead, we have only managed to get the battery to 100% once. It will not heat milk while on the charge, it just returns confusing numbers on the screen when we try.
Two or three experiences like this late at night and we’ve just gone back to warming the bottle with hot water.
With a newborn I don’t have the energy to deal with suckle’s customer service again and am just going to accept the loss. This review will have to suffice for the frustration.
Very disappointing.

I wish I had read this thread before placing my order. I had thought of supporting a small business and never knew I would be scammed.
Just like others my order never arrived even after 3 weeks now. They have provided a fake tracking number which doesn’t progress further. On further contacting Aus Post they have confirmed that they have not received the physical parcel for scan which is why the status hasn’t changed.
Suckle’s customer service is also horrible. They will not respond to your emails.
I have now reported it to Fair Trade and also raised a dispute with my bank.

COMPLETE SCAM! They are quick to take your money but will never send the product. Always giving excuses when they bother to respond to emails. This company should be investigated and shut down and the owner banned from ever running another company. Complete and utter disgrace ripping off parents. Wasn’t lucky enough to have paid with PayPal so now have to hope that my bank will dispute the transaction and get my money back from these grubs.

PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Its probably a scam. Ive ordered a uv steriliser late November 2022, until now it hasnt arrived yet. Emailed them about it saying there has been some delays, then they will send an untrackable tracking number and they will ask if i received them already. They should be removed as a business. Its not right to scam parents.

Don't bother wasting your time with this unreliable company. Waited 7 weeks and the products are still not here. Emailed the company and was told that auspost had lost the parcel and the products I've ordered is out of stock now. I can either get a refund or wait for their stock to come in and when I've asked when they will get their stock back? It's been 6 days and I'm still waiting on a response Suckle you really suck. I will be escalating this further with PayPal and fair trade should this not be resolved by the end of this week.

Took forever to post. Wrong adapter sent. It leaks. Seriously bad product. Boiled hot water does the trick better! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I’m too exhausted to bother to get a refund and go through bad customer service. Do yourself a favour and avoid

False advertising and bad customer service
If I could give less than 1 star I would.
We purchased the bottle warmer which says it warms up a bottle in less than 5 minutes however it takes more like 15-20 minutes and then it slowly started taking longer and longer when I reached out to customer service they were hard to deal with and slow and ending up saying the product was out of warranty and not that it was a fault even though the product was never inspected and then said I could try to buy the item again because they had a sale on! Haha it’s a no from me

I actually gave birth to my son in February and exclusively breastfed him for 6 months so actually didn’t start using your warmer until end of august not that I would expect you to know that, but I’ve been using it for about 6 months.
After speaking with ACCC my understanding is that under consumer rights a product is covered against any faults for up to 3 years, obviously your company isn’t abiding by this law.
Nether less I have passed your company details onto them and hopefully they will be in touch so other customers don’t have to go through this hassle.

Excessive delay and wrong product on delivery.
Ordered a bottle warmer, formula dispenser and bottle adapter in one order on 10 Nov and paid for express shipping to ensure delivery on time as I am in the NT. I received what I now believe are automated emails which gave the impression that the order was being processed on time. In addition, the company raises the order with AusPost without having the product ready, which also gives the impression that your order is being processed. When it was clearly delayed and I asked why it was, I received a 10% refund (not enough to even cover express post) and a vague assertion it would be looked in to. My order was not delivered by the time I left on 03 Dec, meaning I couldn’t use the product while travelling. It was finally delivered on 18 Dec when I was away. Finally opening my order in Jan 2023, it has been delivered with the wrong bottle adapter, making it useless to me unless I now have it swapped, meaning more waiting and stuff around. An absolutely horrible experience with what purports to be an Australian company - I am astounded they are able to operate in this way.

Had to email company and put a PayPal claim in after 3 weeks and order hadn't been sent out yet.
Got the product and even with the correct attachment for our bottles, leaks all the time. The temperate will read at 45 and it'll be 22 when we take the bottle off for feeding. You can't use more than once cos you can't sterilise it on the go.
The top doesn't stay on and the attachment for the bottle is separate so have to take it in a snap lock bag or something, so not very handy at all.
I just absolutely hate it and regret my purchase.

A complete scam. Do not purchase anything from this company. Same story as other posts. Purchased the bottle warmer on 21 November and have never received the product. I’ve sent many emails to them and they keep telling me to wait another week and they will follow up with Australia Post. I don’t believe the item has ever been sent and I think that this is all a complete scam, taking money from tired time poor parents.

Stil have not received anything
I've had to send emails to even get a tracking number
But Australia post claims they have not received a parcel with that tracking number yet they have only issued it to the sender
I have sent a few emails asking for an update on my order last one being sent on the 20th
And again today as I haven't heard back yet
$200+ is alot of money
I'm now starting to feel like I'm bring ripped off
As a customer I shouldn't have to keep emailing for updates for a item I ordered a mth ago
I ordered something from China the same day and it's arrived yesterday so why is something from Australia taking so long it makes no sense at all
Making a tracking number doesn't keep customers happy unless u actually send the items and communicate with ur customers if there is a delay in sending it
I'm almost ready to ask for a full refund cos it's starting to become a joke

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!We purchased two units from Suckle so we could get the 1-2 day express shipping option free. Don’t even bother. The items never got shipped via express shipping. The tracking number they gave us doesn’t work and when you search it for it on Australia post it comes up that the number is not a trackeable service. Multiple messages to suckle, they do the same as what’s been said on this review site. Offer you a 10% discount and say they will look into the matter for you with Australia post. As for the express shipping, don’t even bother asking them, they just avoid the question when we asked them. Either this company is a big scam or they seriously don’t know how to run a business and are in over their heads. Now lodging a claim with my credit card company to get reimbursed.

Customer service is non exinsistant and if you like me are lucky enough to find the owner phone number, he will assure you he will sort it personally and then still nothing. I have now canceled and disputed the associated credit card. What a nightmare thanks suckle.
