Paid for express post for a bottle that will never come.
Paid for express post, hasn't even been posted yet. When queried we got the generic "we've dispatched the item" and tracking number but AusPost only have been advised of the item, nothing has actually been sent. We followed up twice since then but were ignored entirely.
It's been 11 days since we paid for the item which we needed for our newborn daughter. Being left out to dry with so many others who have reported similar BS below this review.
Now we've had to go through visa chargeback to return our funds and find another bottle warmer.
Wish we'd checked before purchasing.

Ordered on the 9th November website states deliver within 8 days.
Order still hasn’t even been registered with Australia post.
Customer service either doesn’t reply or making excuses instead of posting what we pay for

DONT BUY FROM THEM!
Waiting for my item for almost a month and still not received the item! Very poor customer service, only give tracking number when you ask to make you think item is shipped out without shipping out the item! Contact customer service for so many times but not get the answer! Made me feel like buying from a scam company!

I order this product back on the 4/11/2022 - I paid £5 for shipping which stated it takes 2-8business days for delivery…. I STILL have NOT received my order.
I have had to email multiple times trying to chase the whereabouts of my order to be told it’s been send “untracked” so they can’t tell me where it is and they have given me no reassurance this is being looked into or even escalated.
They do not even keep you updated you have to send multiple emails before you get a response. Poor customer service!
I would avoid using this company if you need a bottle warmer anytime soon. I have no confidence that this will be resolved anytime soon either!

Two months waiting.
Ordered late August for preorder due to ship 30/9. 30/9 came around, waited a few days then emailed. Informed trying to ship out by the 15/10. Still had not been shipped by 20/10. Emailed to ask for money back, took two emails before receiving reply. When replied informed it would of once again been delayed a further week. Never once received an email to inform me of delays in shipping until I had emailed to find out what was happening.

Bottle and food warmers are a great concept
I bought the food and bottle warmers. I love the food warmer - I put my child’s frozen food in there and in 15 mins the food is defrosted and warm. I couldn’t live without this! I have been using it for 3 months now and have not had any issues.
However, the bottle warmer leaks. I’ve tried different bottles with the adapter for pidgeon and no adapter for a spectra. No matter what I do it leaks and I lose precious breast milk. Yes it takes 10 mins to heat up but I just make sure that I put the milk on as my baby is waking from his naps. Overall these products are good and a great concept. I just hate the milk warmer leaking and I now only use it when I am out and desperate as my baby won’t drink milk that isn’t warm.

Would not recommend at all
The worst customer service! I ordered my suckle back in June and just received it late September. No communication or response to my emails.
Once received the product is of very low quality. You can tell it’s a cheap Alibaba product with prices just bumped up.
The bottle doesn’t heat the milk for about 15 and little bub cannot wait around for that long. The food warmer takes even longer.
I would not recommend this company and it’s products to mum in the already expensive baby market. Take your money elsewhere or do it the old fashion way

Amazing 🤩
I love this warmer! It goes absolutely everywhere with Bub and I ! It can accommodate so many different types of bottles with their individual extensions and the battery is long lasting which is great! The only downside is the lid needs to be a little tighter so it stays on better but other than that.. it’s a thumbs up from me !

Poor Product, Poor Customer Service
I receive my bottle warmer after waiting for pre order only for it to work a handful of times before it not working at all. I was told I cannot get a refund and could get a replacement once I return my faulty product (at my cost) only to be told I would have to wait over a month for the next pre order. Completely unacceptable. Boil the kettle, do it the old way! This item and customer service is VERY POOR!

After my original order taking longer than expected then being lost in transit, Irish from customer service arranged a full refund for me, and has sent me their baby food warmer free of charge for my trouble. This is above and beyond customer service. Very much appreciated, the warmer is adorable and will do the job nicely 👍🏻

Love both the bottle warmer and food warmer. So handy, have made going out so much easier. My original order got lost in the mail, I paid for my order on 13th April 2022. Two months later it still had not arrived. After emailing a few times it was revealed my order had been lost in the post. The team quickly rectified this and sent me a good warmer as well to make up for the inconvenience to me.

Invaluable purchase
I Purchased this bottle warmer for my daughter as she found bottle feeding bought the challenge of how to heat when out and about. This has proved invaluable. It heats the milk fast and efficiently. Waste of money, works one time throughout the night and battery dies right away, sometimes it’s fully charged and still doesn’t turn on, the worst investment ever. Don’t purchase and waste your time.

Not Heating
Mine doesn’t seem to heat the milk or water at all, I am having to return it :( I was very excited for this to work! Can’t tell the difference between 37, 45 and 50 degree temperature when using it. They are all cold. My baby refuses to drink milk warmed in the suckle because it’s too cold. I am back to warming them in the kettle. Disappointed as I also bought two adapters for it and it ended up being unusable

Don’t waste you’re time.
First off, it’s not very obvious that you need to buy an extra adaptor to make your bottle fit. Second of all, it takes SOOOOO long for bottle to heat up. Also took a very long time to arrive. I regret paying so much. You are better off using a thermos with hot water. Much easier.

Terrible Experience
AVOID THIS COMPANY! I cannot review this product as I have not received it yet. I ordered back in April and it is now July. I have contacted the office and they have advised it has been lost by Australia Post and is under investigation and that they will not refund or send another product until the investigation is over but it’s been 16 business days later and still no response. I have asked for a refund as I have since had to purchase another warmer but still waiting for a reply in this. I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing cause this has been a complete waste of money!
