My order never arrived…. Order and paid for it early May was on pre order until 23rd received shipping notification on 26th May … aus post didn’t receive it until 31st … and then was told to wait until 24/6 as there has been delays.. was sent express post… on the 24/6 was told order has been lost. Was offered for another one to be send out after a month of waiting just got a refund but shipping costs weren’t refunded tho! Very disappointed ☹️

Still waiting for my order! I paid for express shipping and still no sign of it being shipped. Sent an email yesterday and no response. Was hoping to have it for this weekend but now doubtful. I'm all for supporting local Australian businesses but quite disappointed of the lack of service from this company. Wished I read the reviews here first before I ordered as it seems I'm not the only one waiting for my order - as I would have ordered from a different company.

Firstly they delay is shipping my products by a couple weeks without communication to me. Now when I contact customer support for delivery which is now more than 2 weeks delayed their communication still sucks. Why can’t anyone make a simple phone call or email to find out where my Product is and tell me.

Would not recommend for pigeon bottle users.
Always leaking.
Complained to company, they offered a replacement adapter that I waited 2 months for and new adapter is exactly the same. Blamed war in ukraine for delay?
Also feel advertising is quite false as to warm a average 150-200ml bottle can take 15+ minutes

My mother brought this warmer for me…
My mother brought this warmer for me and my partner for those late night feeds. The bottle leaks when it is upside down heating up and when you go to turn it around once it has heated up then more milk leaks out. I have contacted support and i am awaiting a response from the team. Currently disappointed.

Placed order on 29 March. It’s now 3 June and I still do not have an email confirming dispatch. Really disappointed and frustrated with the service of this company - continued broken promises an delivery timeframes that have been missed - the date promised comes and goes, with no explanation other than covid and war causing shipping delays. That excuse is getting very old these days - and what’s particularly frustrating is the incessant marketing emails meantime trying to sell me more products that you do not apparently even have in stock to dispatch. It’s criminal.

Ordered replacement silicone ring as the original it comes with has worn and now split after 1 month of use, the product itself is handy, however recommend ordered spare silicone rings with your purchase as I have been waiting over a month for replacement rings to be sent, and if I had known I could order replacement rings I would have order with original purchase (rings aren’t shown in product page, which would have indicated potential issue) my use of this product has dropped significantly the use as it now leaks 10mls when heating, will opt for the nz version of this product in future and will not recommend this version to friends/family.

Where are my items?
I was very excited when I purchased the items back on 28 March 2022. Today is 24 May 2022 and I have not received my items. My excitement has become disappointment, especially that the customer service can’t even tell me when my items will be dispatched. I had to file a case on PayPal because I’ve now lost my trust in your company.
Update: I was given a tracking number on 26 May and the items arrived on 3 June. The product itself is quite good in quality and I was given $20 as a compensation for the super long delay in delivery.

2 months later, still haven’t received product!
Ordered on the 30th of March 2022 it’s now the 24th of May and I’m yet to receive the product. They sent a general email stating delays due to product shortages however I continue to receive marketing emails from them that continue to not mention to customers that the order will take upwards of 2 months. Extremely bad way to run a business, take customers money when you know you can’t supply the product.
