Sam Helped me rework our Sample products UI.

When Shopwired changed its UI, the samples which had alot of variations had to be redone, but from speaking to Shopwired about our situation, Sam kindly worked on the changes that we needed on our behalf which was fantastic!

I recently required assistance in creating a csv file that worked when importing new products. Sam @ SW picked up the task and created very quickly a working file and suggested some improvements which I quickly adopted. I then needed assistance in exporting 4300+ products and then importing the new csv file to edit/update these products on the site, each product ran to 40 rows on the csv file, so I needed help just to make sure multiple errors were avoided.

All now done and Sam deserves a big pat on the back for his excellent service in ensuring my needs were quickly met and then improved on.

The SW customer service is good, long may it continue.

I have been with shopwired about 12 months, having used other shop platforms for about 10 previous years so i have plenty of experience. Shopwired's support has been exemplorary far superior to any previouse support from any other hosting, or shopping cart support ever received. Yes the system is more complex, and as a result the SEO options work exceptionally well, good google page ranking on my products, so well worth the extra time learning under the direction of tech support .

I asked for help with an integration and Ernest was so helpful and did it straight away for us.

Ive been using Shopwired for a number of years and find them great to use as a website builder. I really love their Live chat service as they are so helpful in assisting in any query (big or small!). Not being great at technology, I really value this as a customer.

I've been with SW for nearly 3 years. The recent SSL change didn't quite work for us, thanks to my domain name provider, but Chris B has been excellent, checking all aspects of the issue until a fix was implemented. He provided me with regular updates on the process's progress and was nice about it too.
If I have ever had a problem, the team are quick to respond.

The support available is great, any issues at all and its resolved in minutes! Really a great platform to work, i moved away from shopify to ShopWired and havent looked back.

Hi, have been with shopwired for over a year and they are a fantastic company. The platform is itself excellent and fits our needs as a flower shop with online sales and delivery.
